We were there a total of 2 hours. Arrived around 1130AM, three to four other guests came in around that time. Our food orders were delayed or messed up from the start. Even after the two hours my 5 year old son still didn’t receive his hamburger. We were asked if we wanted the hamburger to go. I was fed up, as my child was Hu fry asking about his meal and told the manager (Jamie) that I did not think we should have to pay for something that we wanted to eat seating down nor received during our visit. The manager said they were making it to go and that they couldn’t just give food away for free. Fine, the hamburger was taken off the bill and my son still didn’t eat. Service was horrible in general, long wait, and I even had a discussion with another patron that service was bad at this location.
Hopefully they can properly train in the future and get a more professional manager. Our waiter Steve was good though.

Atmosphere was fine, service was good, the portions of food in relation to its price was lacking. I had a 2 chicken breasts broccoli and mashed potatoes, the portion of broccoli was fine potatoes felt like they should have had another half scoop, and the chicken breast looked like they took one large chicken breast and split it in 2 making 2 small breasts, with what was served I would think 14$ to 15$ would be a better price point rather than the 18.50 it was

The food was delicious and fast, our waitress Jenni was so nice and respectful and it was the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in in a long time! We will definitely be back!
Ate at this Ruby Tuesday on Thanksgiving. Suggestion: don't open if you can't handle the crowd. It took 3 HOURS for us to get our food! Then my $10 burger was about the size of a silver dollar - not what I ordered but after 3 hours, I sure wasn't sending it back! Another of our party ordered soup, it had obviously been heated in the microwave and was a very small (half filled) bowl. Never again!!!

Everything was great honestly. Except, I tried the new French onion smashed burger and didnt like it as much as I thought I would. No one's fault just my taste buds. Our waitress, Jenny, on the other hand was amazing! Very caring and helpful.

Jenny is just so amazing. If there were an international award for best server she would still deserve an even better award than that. She was kind, polite, helpful, fun, and about 100 other wonderful things you can think of. She was the sunshine of this restaurant. We came here for my sister's military graduation and they all agree and say she was excellent and my mom says she made her feel at home.
