This is the first Ruby Tuesday across the country I've ever been disappointed in. The absolute worse service I've ever seen. Medium well steak brought out rare, sent back and it was brought back dropped off and it was still bleeding but noone even bothered to ask if it was correct. I should've known better after waiting 15 minutes of waiting in a near empty restaurant to be seated. I definitely should've believed the 1 star reviews.

Walked in and greeted by no one sat at the bar for multiple minutes after I walked in before anyone helped bartender didn’t notice I was only one at the bar
Great food and clean facility inside and out. And our server was also our waitress and she also had a great conversation with us before checking out as she recognized us from her previous store she worked at near Kansas City.
