I had a chance to visit the St Robert Missouri Ruby Tuesday today and everything was outstanding but the thing they stood out the most was my waitress named Jasmin and there was also a young lady named Kayla that was extremely helpful as well these two young ladies were amazing
The food was great or a waitress was awesome Jasmine

Everything on the menu is predictably bland, uninspired and some variation of dead chicken. Poor vegetarian options beside the salad bar, but even that was wilted, tasteless and boring. Way overpriced on top of all that. Chain restaurants like this will always suck. I'm not surprised.
I got the scallops for $23 and was disappointed with the portions. 5 small scallops, small amounts of rice and broccoli. Would not order it again. Still hungry afterwards and they suggested I eat from the salad bar
Could not cook a steak came out raw. Salas bar was not that good for 18 dollars as all you can eat. When we had the complaint with the steak the manager did not want to speak with us. It was an awful experience.
Great service !
We decided to drive to Lebanon to eat from now on. Food was cold, waited 20 minutes for drink refills. Server was nice so that's a plus.
Beni was a peach! Always a great salad bar.
Thank you!
Church of God dinner. Taylor was a fabulous professional server.
Horrible customer service all the staff were standing on there phones when I was waiting to get a table and didn't come up to me for 5 min when there was no one there. They never have any of there food they always run out a couple days after they get a shipment.

We got a pick up order tonight of a Half Rack of Ribs with Loaded Fries and a drink, a Ribeye Quesadilla Appetizer, and a Chicken Parm Sandwich with Onion rings and a drink. The ribs were good, but we asked for the loaded fries to come without scallions and instead they came without bacon. The chicken sandwich was pretty good and so were the onion rings, but the ribeye quesadillas were really salty. I’m not sure if it was the butter, or what, but I couldn’t even finish eating it and the sour cream and quac did nothing to tone down the salt. I was really excited to eat them too. I haven’t ordered from them in a long time, so this was a little bit of a let down. However, they are 3 times better than some places around here because at least I didn’t get any hair in my food. I definitely appreciate that.
Sunday lunch, dine in. Slow in being sat at a table. Only a few servers working the entire restaurant. Salad bar was our reason for coming in which was good. Other diners had to wait a long time for service.
Worst place to eat or have food ordered from! No customer service! Cleanliness is not something they are into....list goes on!
Benici was amazing!!! Extremely friendly and attentive!!! Wish we lived closer!!! Passing though on our way back home to Wichita
The store was really calm, the music was great, and Beni was the absolute best. His jokes, attitude, and overall capabilities to help us made this day the most rememberable. We don't have a Ruby Tuesday where we live but because of him I wish we did. 100/10
