Have to say Ruby's has gone downhill and showing no signs of stopping. Case in point, our server after the meal was served came and asked if everything was in order. Several guests including myself informed them, that seemingly the vegetables we felt were shorted based on the photo on the menu. This was quickly resolved with an explanation that "most meals come pre-packaged". With that information, now I see why I prefer to patronize "Mom and Pop shops" so to speak than the "chains" you get better food and service at the "Non-chain" restaurants.

Terrible place, you have to wait without explanation of why you waited so long. There were only 4 users at two tables and I had to cancel because more than 30 minutes passed without serving me.

My other half and I visited for a night out together our host was kind and got our drinks quickly. I waiter was also very nice we order our food which came and as per usual did not look at all like the menu but the issue was it was absolutely dripping burned oil and was extremely over cooked. I tried my best to eat what I could by dunking in ranch but couldn’t even finish half the plate. My other half ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and it was more bread than anything else. I worked came and asked how our food was and I told her mine was soaked in grease and over cooked which she didn’t have much to say about other then that’s weird and walked away we won’t be visiting again
Desiree was PHENOMENAL. Attentive and ensured me and my mom were well taken care of. 10/10.
