Smoovies & Smoove Eats

My 9-year-old, Tianna, ordered the turkey + real cheese + over-easy egg on a croissant. She didn’t even eat it right away; it sat for about 30 minutes in the car, so the yolk had already set and soaked perfectly into the croissant.

And despite that? She gave a 20-minute, nonstop rave review while eating it. I honestly wish I had recorded her. According to her, it was:

“The best sandwich I’ve ever had.”

“Perfectly melty, gooey, and fluffy.”

“The thing you guys are going to get super famous for.”

And apparently they’ll need “multiple locations just to sell that sandwich.”

Plus, she informed me that Daddy-Daughter dates now must include coming back for more.

Sarah and I loved our sandwiches too — they were genuinely excellent — but Tianna’s reaction was on a whole different level. That sandwich put her into absolute foodie bliss.

This is GREAT food. It’s FRESH and delicious. I had the lamb tacos which were very tasty. The sauce was really creamy and good. The smoothies were bomb ! Got a pineapple and blueberry and kale smoothie. Also had the passion dragon smoothie. 9/10 ! It was very good and she was out of mangos so instead it was topped off with bananas and strawberries. Very tasty. Thisnian greatvplace to eat whether you’re eating vegan or carnivore

Very welcoming, took the time to explain all the menu options and when I told Rebecca I had Alpha Gal she was so understanding and adamant about how serious they take food allergies. This food truck has so many options for people like me! I tried the cauliflower wings and had a berry smoothie with pineapple…. All fresh fruits by the way! No reactions, fire sweet chili sauce, fire vegan ranch! Will for sure be a repeat customer!

I eat here at least weekly. This place has the best food, the nicest employees/owners, and they truly care about their craft. The thing I appreciate most is that they are super careful to not cross contaminate for people with allergies and are extremely knowledgeable in food safety practices. There were only two other places I trust, but the owner was kind enough to share a few other local restaurants with me that will be safe for me to eat at. Not many places will go above and beyond.. especially if it means helping out the competition. The quality of their ingredients are unmatched. The food is unique and extremely tasty. I’d rate this place 100 stars, if I could!

terrible bowl, lady was rude. Does not look like the photo that they advertise. I ordered the power puff and the first one water came out watery then the second was thicker but honestly they use great value cheap fruit not fresh at all.

I purchased 4 different smoothies (smoovies) to get a good first impression of what Smoovies offers from their drink menu. These smoothies were nothing short of PERFECTION. 3 of the 4 drinks were milk based and the other was fruit based. The fruit based drink was exactly the kind of drink to enjoy on a hot, humid Missouri day. Absolutely refreshing! The milk based drinks were perfectly rich with each flavor listed in the ingredients evident in each sip. Each drink fulfilled EXACTLY what I was looking for.

We came to get an açaí bowl some smoothies. When we got there, the employee let us know it’s only her 2nd working which was totally fine. However 15 minutes later another employee (possibly the owner) arrived to help. We waited a long time for our smoothies and I could hear the owner/employee barking orders at the new employee. Her tone and words were not always kind and I felt bad for the girl who just started. We were pleased with the smoothies but I wouldn’t not return to a business who treats their employees that way.

The best Vegan Tacos I've had!! Appreciate them being allergy friendly, and using separate fryers for food. One of the only places I trust as an Alpha-Gal person.
