I came through the drive-thru this evening on 5/19/25 at around 10pm. I ordered a #15, large combo, with tots and a cherry limeade. The burrito was SOAKED with grease... I also ordered a super sonic double cheeseburger, ON TOAST, NO MAYO, ADD JALAPENO AND BBQ. had a large tots and Dr pepper with it. When I opened my burger, IT WAS ON A REGULAR BUN, NO JALAPENOS, AND HAD MAYO ON IT. I get that it's a bit later in the evening, but when I order food I expect to receive what I have paid for. Having previously worked at sonic as both a carhop and a cook, I know that the orders come through on a screen in both the kitchen and in the soda pit. With that said, all you have to do to get an order correct is read the screen and make it the way the order screen says. For my burger to be made incorrectly as it was, That means that either someone wasnt paying attention, or just doesn't care. Either way it's not a good look and not a way to make your customers happy.
I look forward to seeing improved customer service at this location.

The French Toast was delicious and hot, they sent out BBQ sauce instead of syrup. Yuk!. The bacon toaster was dry and tasteless. How or why would you make toast and not butter the bread? Just asking.
