Stopped by while traveling to get a little caffeine. Went through the drive though and the lady at the window seemed to be making the drinks, running the inside, and working the drive through by herself. She definitely needs a raise. Latte was perfect and service was great!

Waited for my drink for 15 min, still wasn't made. I saw the workers make a drink for a female who worked there who arrived a good 10 min after I did. I wasnt able tobwait any longer. They asked for the name of my order and they were confused that they didnt have my name(she looked at mobile order not in house), at that point I decided to leave. I waited to long for a drink that wasnt being made.

Walked into the store without any greeting. Arrived around 5 pm on 2/14/25, they only had 2 people working. All the tables were dirty and I did not look like the lobby had been clean in many hours. I was in the lobby for over an hour and never saw a barista walk the lobby. The customers were friendly then the barista.
They were great. Hot, fresh, and fast. Very friendly.

This is a great Starbucks! I’ve been a partner for 6 years, and they impress me every time! My drink is always delicious, every baristas is kind, and there’s a lot of space in the store! They were doing some renovations when I came, so hopefully the store looks even better on my next visit!

On December 26th 2024 My husband stopped in to grab he and I a coffee to bring home to me and when he got home and I opened the lid to check it to see if it was full, it was not! He did not realize it until he had already made it all the way home that it was not full. I know my order as I have been coming to this Starbucks since 2019 and I know what I get and for what I spend every day here I like my coffee to be all the way to the top of the cup! I understand it gets hectic there at times but please do better especially for the repeat customers that always come there.
It would take a lot to mess up a Starbucks.
