It may be small but the customer service was great

The lady at the front desk was discriminating and said she didn’t like military staying in the hotel. She asked us if we felt racially profiled because we’re minorities. Do not stay here.

I was bringing my friends food that are staying at this hotel for 3 months after their house burned down. My 12 year old son is best friends with their 2 children. After I made the kids sandwiches in my car, I sat poolside for less than 2 hours (not in the pool) while helping supervise children and I was told by Robin that non paying guests aren’t allowed to use the pool. (In the 30 minutes it took me to help get 3 special needs children out of the pool I had police called on me and was treated like homeless bum stealing the hotel’s amenities and was threatened by police in front of a 11 and 12 year old that if we returned I’d be charged, arrested and have my vehicle towed. My autistic 12 year old is traumatized and left crying and throwing up after this incident. I often rent my parents a hotel in this area so they can help with my son but I can’t imagine paying for a hotel and being treated like this. 😤👎🏻

We had only been guests for a few days. We had a house fire and were given temporary lodging here because it would be 3-4 months before insurance remediation and repairs would be completed. We were just getting settled into our room with our sons best friend visiting with us and his mom to use the pool and to help with the kids as we made arrangements to deal with the fire, the adjuster, the remediation company and the the fire investigator… Our friend was visiting the room for a few hours during the day time and the staff had greeted her openly and welcomed her to visit our room and drop off food and drinks. Tonight however, a different concierge approached her directly, asked if she was a paid guest and told her she’d have to leave. We began to pack up and get the kids dried off when the police department was called to ensure that she left the premises immediately. No one explained a guest policy to us. No one warned us to say that you can’t have any visitors. No one had a conversation with us to let us know, just police cruisers to surround her car and an 11/12 year old boy to threaten them with trespassing charges. We appreciate several of the staff members who’ve made our chaotic stay feel more welcoming and vibrant. We appreciate the time and space that we spent here while it lasted, but the quality of the experience seems weighted heavily on who’s at the front desk and who isn’t.

Smallest hotel room I've ever been inside, but the bathroom was nice. It reminded me of the room on our cruise. Or something designed by a single minimalist, as there is only one nightstand and the wall containing the AC sticks out into the walkway by the bed. Breakfast was only cereal, spoiled milk, and oatmeal. The juice machine was out, no coffee was made at 7:30, the staff said that was breakfast. The window was only partially blocked by the shade, letting in the sun as it rose. Just wish I could get a partial refund, I paid extra to stay at this cool new hotel...and still ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is super old, the rooms are very small, it seems like they were big before and they were only divided with a door that you share with other visitors, you can hear everything, the bathrooms don't have a cover, the towels are super stiff due to lack of fabric softener, they don't add water so minus one bottle, the old and broken hair dryer, in general very basic ?

Place was clean and new looking. Room was really small but it worked for one night. Triangle shower was odd but got good heat and pressure and that's what really matters. Breakfast was close to average that most hotels have. We didn't really stay and partake in it though. Tiny fridge, no microwave in room.
