When did a footling sandwich and a six inch sandwich equal 38.00 dollars and then the register automatically asks for a tip as well. The sandwich maker adds the ingredients with a very measured hand. Then they charge a crazy amount. I also got swindled by the st Robert location. I ordered a sandwich and a half and they rang it up as 2 footling sandwiches and not even the sandwich I ordered. I am not returning to this business ever again. I say save your money and make your own sandwiches at home.

Kaysean was the only one in the front of the store with at least 5 people waiting. Hire more people. They did a great job expediting the orders with the time given and the lack of staff.

I only go here out of necessity. Sandwiches are ok, but the help is slow, and not very outgoing. Ice Machine was broke last time I was there, nobody told me, but happy to sell me drinks.

The sign says they are open until 9:30 PM. I'm in the parking lot at 6:47 PM and they are closed!
In fact, all the Subways in the FLW area are closed except for the one inside Road Ranger. Not sure why, and I'm not going into Road Ranger to buy anything.

Beyond disappointed with the service my family an I got !! The petite red head that works there was constantly giving dirty looks an being very rude on how she was talking to us an other customers. she clearly didn't want to be there. She told a customer that was behind us to go somewhere else because they were having problems. I haven't even lived here for 3 months an that was the worst service I've ever gotten!!
