3rd time I've ordered a sandwich thru the app and the order is not done the way I ordered it. 2 out of 5 times it's been correct. Walked in to pu my order and the girl was complaining about being the only one there. To the only customer there. I'm assuming they can't read. I order it. And even specify the order again in the special instructions area. How hard is your job? Sad no one cares about customer service anymore. Or customer satisfaction.

Hire more workers, please. The poor sandwich artist was very clearly overwhelmed by having to work alone.

Ordered a sandwich. Didn't get what I ordered. Ordered a black forest jam on wheat. Got it on Italian herb and cheese bread. The people were no where to be see when we got here. There's a sign that says something about them being in the back. Now theres 2 of them here. The other gilr is just standing there. Not a professional way to run a restaurant. Wasn't happy at all.

According to the manager, she was trained 4 months ago to charge for cheese when you build your own footlong because cheese is only included if you pick a sandwich from the menu,thats what she said, that doesn’t sound right, im a big fan of subway and that’s new to me. Charge for cheese only when YOU want to ADD extra.

As an over the truck driver I eat at Subway restaurants all across the nation and ever since the new Manager Tiffanie took over this has quickly my favorite Subway! The food is delicious ! The bread is fresh and not overcooked or stale. The service is amazing with a smile and impeccable manners! A true peral in a sea of mediocrity!

Whenever I roll through Saint Robert I like stopping at this spot. There is a decided difference in quality, service, and speed now that the new manager Tiffanie McCabe has taken over. She seems to have a much better command of the role than her predecessor and has earned my families repeat business.
