I tried this place yesterday and I've driven past it a couple times not thinking it was open. It's pretty sketchy on the outside- the immediate lot next door is closed (whatever it was). It's basically a typical hole-in-the wall CASH ONLY place with an ATM inside. Service is amazing, we came in a group and the waitress we had was just absolutely great at her job making sure all of our drinks were filled. I ordered the veggie omelette with hash browns and a biscuit and everything tasted way better than I was initially expecting. The eggs were very fresh, so were the veggies, and I didn't feel like I was eating a plate of grease. The hash browns were crispy too. Although the outside and the inside isn't the most appealing, I think you ought to try their homemade food out!

This place is hands down the BEST breakfast place around. Probably the best lunch in town too. It's home cooked simple foods. The portions are great, in fact the biscuits are HUGE. You won't go away hungry. Their coffee is anazing and yes I would choose their coffee over Starbucks and Duncan. Your cup is never empty. The ladies make you feel like family the minute you walk in the door. They are open for breakfast and lunch and Closed on Sunday. These ladies care about not only their customers, but the community as well.

Fantastic!! We came in for a late breakfast with 9 of us and were seated right away. The food is absolutely fantastic! The service was fantastic! Home cooking that can't be beat. I had the biscuits and gravy with a side of corned beef hash. The hash was the best I've had! This very much seemed like a locals place and had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for a mom and pop place for breakfast or lunch in St Robert Missouri this IS the place. Inexpensive real home cooked food with daily lunch specials. I had steak and eggs - steak a perfect med rare. My daughter had the biggest bacon double cheeseburger. Both delicious!

Best breakfast and lunch in town. A little gem in the Ozarks. Country home cooking. Prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding, they make you feel like family.

Good food for a little place. Prices are fair and they have a smoking and non smoking seating.

Don't let the outside fool you...this place is fantastic! The check in clerk at the hotel recommended it & she didn't steer us wrong. I got the Skuttle Butt, hash browns with everything & my husband got biscuits & gravy. We are planning our trip around this place!

Excellent food, very low prices. Typical greasy spoon. I had the sausage scramble. It was excellent. I also had some French toast. It was fluffy and tasty. I'll definitely eat here again.

This was your average, run of the mill breakfast/lunch stop. Our waitress was very friendly and quickly to refill the coffee, and the food came out quickly. The only thing that was strange is that the waitress failed to write a total on our check (just had item prices but not tax added). I also believe it's cash only for payment, but we didn't have a chance to ask the server after she dropped off the check. There is a smoking and non-smoking section, and unfortunately to get to the women's bathroom you have to squeeze through the smoking tables to get there. So if you don't feel like cooking at home, this may be a good alternative to breakfast/lunch on the run.

Food is good and cheap. Our server was nice, but the cashier was rude as heck. It seemed to me that they don't take to outsiders very well.

When I first moved here my husband and I took a drive around town and decided to stop in here for breakfast. We are so happy that we did. They immediately made us feel like we had been coming there for years! The food was great and the prices are even better! We have officially not had any better experience in this area. We have been going to breakfast ever since. It may not look like much, but they really make an impression.
