the ordering was a miss for me. Ordering was on a screen only, no sign telling you where to order, and the menu was a little confusing. I had to sort through it to find items, wording what's included, etc.
the burrito didn't have much on it was more like dough rolled up, I know everyone is cutting back on ingredients, but there's a stopping point. what ever happened to someone at the counter waiting saying hello, welcome to taco bell how may I help you.
Not a fan to order from a kiosk....
Every single time I order food from here something is ALWAYS wrong. I asked for fire sauce and I get hot, one time I asked for nacho fries in my burrito and was straight up told by the girl taking my order they can't do that. Tonight I tried the loaded steak fries for the first time and youre telling me I paid $5 for this??? What on gods green earth?!? This is unacceptable.
No one there obviously can read an order. We ordered through door dash and nothing we ordered was correct.
Sadly not the 1st time. But we figured maybe it will be better after waiting a month or so and try again..hoping they had upped their game..nope worse...worst Taco bell in Missouri..
St .Robert needs to just close its franchise or clean house with the lazy incompetent illiterate emplyees.
I haven’t had my food right in probably five or six visits at this poin. It has to be poor management standards. Check to make sure every single item is in your bag before driving away because they didn’t check when handing it to you. Sometimes 50% of it is correct. 80% of the order is typically put in.
I called and the manager who answered my call said that they close at 3 am . Now I know I was pushing it close but I hit the drive thru at 253 am and they came out after sitting in drive thru and said they are closed. That wad at 255 am. I worked in food services most of my adult life and if a customer comes in 1 min before close you help them.piss poor manager. Will not ever go back there again.
Drive thru. Received wrong item..didn't notice until after drive home, also no napkins.
Ordered food to go from here no silverware no hot sauce and no napkins couldn’t eat the potatos I got cus I had no silverware I understand it’s fast food but damn. Do better
Constantly messed up simple orders. Food made very inconsistent: chips too salty to eat, quesadillas have all the filling on one piece/ crammed in the middle, missing items every time...tacos all over the place and attitude and eyes rolls when going back for a missing item. 🤷🏽♂️ I get its fast food but the standard is very low even for fast food. If you really want Taco Bell, probably worth driving to the next nearest one.
They're always understaffed but they try thier best and they're always friendly. My orders are never accurate, I'm always missing at least one or 2 things but I just make sure to check my order before leaving the parking lot.

This Taco Bell is hit or miss- usually a miss. If you’re in the area just go to the Waynesville one, it’s so much better.
Traveling thru the area, good food and clean bathrooms
Ordered a lux box. Firstly didn't come in its box, but whatever could care less. Chulupa shell was rock hard/stale and cold. They couldnt even remember to put my nachos chips in the bag. But hey, they remembered the cheese. Never seem to have a good experience with this location. Missing items, cold or stale food etc etc. How they stay in business in beyond me. Good luck if you go there
Standard Taco Bell food, but the customer service was excellent despite the kiosks.
I spent $20 per person. I have an intestinal disturbance the following morning. For that price, I should receive food that had been handled with care, and I should not be sick. I believe that this establishment was not careful with my food. That's my opinion. I won't be back.
