This place is absolutely FILTHY! The floors look like they haven't been mopped in months, or swept. The kiosk ordering screens were dirty with dried up food, some kind of liquid splatter, the floor in the kitchen was just GROSS! The trash in the office area was overflowing. The screen on the TV in the dining area was filthy. The bathrooms were gross. I was honestly scared to eat the food I ordered.

I order some items from here through Uber Eats at around 2:00am. Not only did the Taco Bell wait until 20 minutes after to start making the order, but they only made half of my order. I did not receive my quesadilla, or my cheesy fiesta potatoes. My brother also placed an order here more than 30 minutes before I did, and the Uber driver had to inform him that the Taco Bell employees refused to make his order altogether.

The prices have soared with the state of the economy. I ordered 2 burrito supremes. I couldn't believe how little meat was on it. Tons of refried beans,a sliver of lettuce,a smidgen of sour cream! A medium drink that looked like a small drink. All this for $18! I was shocked! Will never eat here again. Also found it extremely difficult to get to. Very bad location. Not convenient at all.

Ordered power bowl double steak. Got half the steak, some chicken, and no beans. When we called the store, the manager could care less about it. The food has gotten more expensive and they use a lot less proportions. Tacos are a quarter full with about a tablespoon of meat. Will not be going back.

I get off at midnight and love the quesadillas so do my kids every time I have to order mine the way they come and at least 3 or 4 more with out the jalapeno sauce and every time I ask nicely please mark them so can tell spend almost 50$ and can't even mark it I work in fast food I get it but at least say the 2 on top are regular the rest are with out sauce I'm not asking for detailed summary this is only at late night it just stinks cause literally got to open every one smell it look for sauce

Came here ordered 2 crunchwraps with soft tacos and nacho fries. One of the crunchwraps didn’t have any meat on it and neither of them were closed or toasted hardly at all. The “soft” tacos were hard and couldn’t even eat most of them. Nacho fries were cold and we had to finish cooking them in our microwave. Probably won’t be back here again.

I don’t understand how hard it is to look at a screen, put what’s on the screen in the bag, and give it to the customer. Without fail every time we place an online order, something is messed up. Even had to go back up there to get what was missing and they still gave us the wrong thing. I understand every now and again, but every time? Ridiculous. If I could give less than one star I would.
