The staff is great and super helpful. The meat is amazing quality and the prices are better than any big box store and it's better quality. I highly recommend!

Our experience with this business was extremely disappointing. Communication and professionalism were severely lacking. We were told our deposit was refundable, only to have it taken without any follow-through. We were also promised a custom order sheet but never received one—yet the owner proceeded to place an order without our input.
The entire process was frustrating and disorganized, and getting any updates or answers felt like an uphill battle. To make matters worse, my husband was assured he'd receive a callback, but that never happened. He had to reach out multiple times AGAIN to see when we could change our order to something we DONT want. Just to be done with this place. Overall, this was an unprofessional and stressful experience, and we would not recommend doing business here.

Called this morning was told they had tomahawk steaks, went to the store and they asked if I was the one that called and then was told they did not have any. Was also out of T-bone steaks. And instead of helping the customer they were to busy stocking cooler and whatever else the other guy was doing they did not even acknowledge us walking into the store 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend going there

I called a week and a half or two weeks in advance Told them I needed a brisket because I wanted to smoke one at my bachelor party. They said “sounds good, I’ll place the order and it’ll be ready, pick it up Wednesday or anytime after” then they took down my info and said they’d call if they had any problems.I called in today and they said “we don’t have any”At no point did they call and tell me earlier that they were having troubles or weren’t gonna be able to get me one.I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not do business with these people again.Do not recommend. Don’t waste your time with these people

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Ordered a meat bundle from them. The steaks were old, ground beef was old. Majority of the meat wasn’t labeled. We thought we’d use this place because they’re closer than 3 Brothers Meat Co., but that was a mistake!
