As much as I would like to say that this establishment is exceptional, as good as it would make me feel to say that this location provides good service, or even average service, doesn’t compare to how good it makes me feel to leave a 1 star review. My mother used this location for meal prep a while back. Every single time we would walk in, we were assaulted with a truly horrendous smell that assaulted our nostrils so brutally that it should be classified as a federal offense. Then as we walk in, we speak to an employee to tell them that we have an order. The employees most of the time seemed high, to put it bluntly. And the orders were always wrong. 99% of the time, the order would be incorrect. So even if the food tasted good, it failed for meal prep, as it wasn’t what was ordered. Maybe the quality has improved since we have visited this egregious location, but I seriously doubt it. One star.

29July2025 Went in today to talk about their options for AlphaGal. I was told they have the best around and that the owner was highly knowledgeable. I asked the front staff (a young lady) about what they offered and what options they had. The employee was monotone, disinterested, and lacked any customer service skills. She kept sighing and dragging around, like she had better things to do than answer any questions I had. How does this person even have a job that works with customers? Not even a smile or knowledgement? Oh and by the way, she in fact did not answer any questions. Another couple who was also there for the same thing as me and wanted to ask questions, but saw how she did not answer and not even trying, and decided they didnt need to be there if she was that rude. All the freezers were empty and even the coolers for meats for beef were lacking. Not impressed by the service or items available. Not that I could ask anything anyways. Very disappointed with my experience. I guess I'll drive to Springfield or St. Louis instead.

T’s Meats has been my exclusive supplier for the last two years for all meats, seafood, and eggs to support my total Carnivore lifestyle. I get the best quality loins in bulk untrimmed that most other stores either do not offer, or have less variety, size, or quality of cuts than T’s selection. For my regular variety of Chuck Eyes, NY Strips, and Ribeyes I enjoy 30 lbs a month and they’re always tender and have wonderful flavorful marbling. I just ordered another 5 lbs of bacon it’s consistently been the best tasting I’ve had whether on the grill, cast iron skillet, or the oven.
T’s Meats has great pride on their customer service the staff of everyone is always friendly and responsive to questions on the selections and the cooking recommendations and recipes.
I highly recommend T’s catering service last summer I sourced enough ground beef, sausage, bacon, steaks, and gulf shrimp for my company picnic BBQ and Shrimp Boil for 50 folks. The menu was preplanned two weeks ahead and everything was delivered when promised and was all fresh and ready to go straight to the grill and boil pot!
I’ve enjoyed the selection of local farm fresh eggs they’re noticeably darker yolks than commercial grocery eggs and very nutritious and taste great!
The fresh made beef tallow selection is a great addition to the kitchen and has been used in a variety of recipes that I enjoy cooking.
The chicken selection is very good quality source the wings are the best batches I’ve made on my pellet grill. The taste is much better and definitely a do-over for the holiday parties coming up.
And for an even better experience, I strongly recommend visiting The Tap on 66 for the food from the grill. T has brought her fine selections from the market over into her food menu and I have to say it’s the finest made restaurant menu in town! We’ve had work events there up to 11 folks every week with most items on the menu ordered. There’s something for everyone and there are definitely no complaints about the food. Having the Tap’s full service bar also makes a winning combination.
A lot can be said for T’s Meats commitment to providing known sources of farm raised products that are clean of ultra-processed ingredients. She’s constantly vetting out the products to maintain quality, to even include the Alpha-Gal line for those with those food sensitivities. Be sure to pick up some your favorite items and you’ll be very pleased with the shopping and dining experiences they have to offer! 5 stars!

My husband and I waited outside until they opened at 10 am. At 9:58 a male employee showed up, bending over to put his things down to unlock the door, and bending over to pick them up. He exposed his rear end both times. While we waited about 5 mins after 10 to allow the employee time to open, the lights never turned on and the open sign was not lit. When we walked in it was dark and had a uninvited feel. The male employee walk out and Iasked if they where open he replied I can be. He asked what could he do for us I replied looking at meat pricing he then rolled his eyes. As we felt unwanted we turned around and walked out.
