Food was over exaggerated. The sides tasted like they came out of can, but the waffle was very delicious. Our waitress did a stellar job at making our experience great.

Something is wrong here. Sat down at the counter. The asst manager was at the grill and told me she'd be with me in a sec. 5 minutes later she is having a fun convo with a booth next to me, still no coffee, no order in. Waited a bit more. The other staff wouldn't look at me. Finally walked out and will try Route 66 diner across the way

Food was okay, it was hot and fresh but the cleanliness and efficiency of the staff is why the low rating. We waited a while to have our order taken and most of the tables were dirty. Even when the waitress came over to notice the table was dirty, still did not care to wipe it down. This was at 10pm at night, and not a rush time.

The cook never changed his gloves and was writing with a pen touching the receipts and than my food. If he changed his gloves like he should I would say perfect.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive. My son and I enjoyed the pork chops and my husband enjoyed the steak.

hygiene as people who work with food is very important but not at Waffle House. I would think twice before eating here.
