Manager doesn't listen to her employees and from what I've seen there are only a few that actually do their jobs to their best even when they have to come in and clean up after others. To be honest you could not pay me enough to work

Best Subway !!! We only go to this Subway and this one only . It's clean has fresh ingredients.Unlike Moberly's various locations . A huge plus is the workers aren't meth heads also like in Moberly, they are friendly and knowledgeable regular people .

Ordered three footlong sandwiches and everyone was missing items, two sandwiches-no cheese-2 no lettuce. Verified I had ordered correctly. Tried calling the store mutiple times,,went straight to voice-mail. Contacted Customer service with a response they were looking into it. 24 hrs later no more contact.

The bread was under baked and I was told thats the way it is. I wanted to turn my sandwich into a melt and was told I could only get 2 veggies on it. I thought things were going my way when I was told I would get 2 free cookies because I added bacon to the sandwich, I would have been better off to chew on the bag the sandwich came in, it was softer and would have had more taste. I have enjoyed sandwiches from here many times in the past but this will be the last time.HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD

Ruby Red was nice and very helpful place was clean
My family and I ate at this establishment on Sunday Bread was not cooked well and only 4-5 vegetables for sandwiches.They had no cookies and both ice tea containers brokeThe soda machine was also broken with several of their soda's down . We were very disappointed and will not return

I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up there was a very large group that was getting food. I waited well over an hour to get my food, which was no big deal as there was only 1 guy working. I didn't catch his name but even though he had served 60+ people he still had a smile on his face and made the best sandwiches, even said he ran out of a couple things and said he would go prep more if I wanted them on my sandwiches. Kudos to this guy for the hard work he put in today! Will definitely be going back.
