Compared to other restaurants, the staff is quite rude. If they don't have something available, they should simply state that it’s not available instead of putting a substitute. I placed my order as a meal at the counter, but the staff member seemed distracted and took individual orders instead. The girls working the day shift appear to be ready to argue with customers, as if they are trained to be confrontational. The size of the chicken tenders is smaller than usual, resembling a child's meal.

This location is not an Arby's as usual. They are not part of the Arby's network so the app does not work there. The food is still a good as regular Arby's. Any deals you might find will be through the Love's.

If I could leave a SERO I would. Don't go during a shift change because nothing can be done and the staff is young which means they could care less. You ever wonder why drivers sit in a fuel island - SOMETIMES it is because food and or restrooms are the hold up.

Food is decent, but the service is slow at night. The overnight crew take forever to make and deliver the food.

Day/night crew does good. Food is quicker and tastes better imo.

All of my food was bad, I dont know what's wrong with these people?!? They're purposely messing up the order. Who's in charge of this establishment?!?! I ordered BBQ burger, they gave me a burger with some kind of salad dressing. They smashed my apple turnover. My fries were horrible, cold & stale. It was mixed with random old fries. They put alot of sauce for the Greek gyro.
How could you be so fake and acting nice and professional at the counter, and purposely didn't not check the quality?!? These 3 young ladies just dont care about what they're doing. And it's not right to do that to people. If You dont like working at Arby's, dont work there. And who's training these people?!?! Who's managing them?! Unbelievable.

Asked for napkins in the bag and after they gave us our food we were making sure it was all there and they rushed us along asking if we needed anything else. We needed the napkins they didn't give us. Terrible drive through service they don't make sure to give out napkins.
