Id give it a 0 star if I could. I usually don't complain but both our dishes were rotten. I puked after leaving and bad diarrhea the next day from one bite. It said there was a buffet but the buffet was empty and she gave us menus. Both of us took 1 bite and was ready for our check. I paid for something I didn't eat and tipped because im a good person but would not suggest eating here. I had the seafood combination which was slimy and he had some sort of terriaki chicken that was fake like chicken that was also rotten. Both didhes smelled awful. Im hoping this is a refrigeration problem or something.
This place purposely burned all our family size catering about eight egg foo young, black and hard. Over a hundred dollars down the drain, these are heartless people! Will not recommend to anyone.
Crap service and crap food everything was dry and old and the noodles are spaghetti noodles with some teriyaki soy sauce the only reason I gave it one star the triangle crap rangoon was good...
Terrible food and service.
I wish there was something lower than a one star because it definitely was a below a one star experience when we got here. There was one car in the parking lot and no customers inside that should’ve been a clear sign that this was not a good place to go for lunch however we did go ahead and stick it out and tried the buffet here at China House. Several of the dishes were cold when they should’ve been hot. The rice was cold and hard not edible. The noodles were cold, but we’re not really lo mein noodles that was really spaghetti. The french fries were not done hard and cold in the middle. The egg drop soup had no flavor and it’s the very least all we wanted was a cup for our drink so we could at least take our drinks with us. We were told that they had no to go cups when they clearly did and told us that they would have to charge us three dollars a cup. We already had our drinks. We just wanted to pour our drinks in the cups, but they wouldn’t even do that. I ended up going to the car getting my drink cup for my car and filling it up with the drink I had in there because they would not give us to go cups Service was horrible atmosphere. We were the only people in there so there was no atmosphere and they were rude. They were rude, not accommodating. I will not come back to this place ever don’t waste your money go to Pizza shop Gambino’s El Pape something Subway but not here
To start off...the buffet was tiny, like a little smaller than Chu's use to be, if you know what I mean. The food was not very good at all. The chicken were definitely small frozen bites that you can get from Sam's Club with hardly any meat on them. And the service was horrible! Not one time did any of the two waitresses come by to ask if everything was ok or if we needed a refill. Seemed a little lazy to me. Don't think I will be going back!

Yes the portions are large, however the food is terrible. I ordered sesame chicken with lo mein noodles. What I got wasn't like any sesame chicken I've ever had also I go spaghetti noodles instead of lo mein. The spring roll was good. I don't recommend this place save your money.

I don't know what happened to this place but the portions sizes are about half what they used to be when it was china restaurant. I have to come back and edit my original post I have been back since and the portion size is what I remember now and the food is good I apologize for the hasty first post /review I gave you it was not very understanding. but I just thought I would try to right the wrong.

Manager Shonda was incredibly rude when I tried to pay and leave. She really needs a lesson in hospitality. I should mention that I have 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and I am a business entrepreneur. The food was excellent, and the other staff were super nice, but I will not be dining here again. The food took 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. The bathrooms and dining area were very clean. I should have read the reviews before trying out this new restaurant in the area. You might want to consider the impact of having manager Shonda represent your restaurant, as she is giving you a bad reputation for customer dissatisfaction.
