Usually ok and friendly. However on Monday the 12of May, team was terrible that evening. Order arrived almost 1 hour after ordered and they weren’t busy. Just goofing around. Complained and person said “cool” when complained. Asked to speak with manager but nobody came to table. Don’t want to see your standard response because it means nothing to customer. Should of demanded refund

The amount of times I've come here and my order has been incorrect not just once, but twice is ridiculous. I keep giving chances and I may be done. Orders take forever to be made and usually aren't correct, and on top of that recently buns on the burgers are covered in some sort of grease and soggy. As someone who has worked fast food I'm appalled. It has to be harder to get orders wrong this consistently than it is to accidentally get a few right. It brings the management into question. My advice, skip this place and go somewhere else, not worth the hassle.

I went tonight (Saturday) at 9:40 and was told they closer at 9:30 on Saturdays. The website says 10:30
We were in line for 30 min and I had got a strawberry shake and they had put peanuts in it. I also ordered a chicken strip basket with 2 gravies and they gave me ranch and buffalo and some other people in the car ordered food too and their burgers were soggy.
