Usually ok and friendly. However on Monday the 12of May, team was terrible that evening. Order arrived almost 1 hour after ordered and they weren’t busy. Just goofing around. Complained and person said “cool” when complained. Asked to speak with manager but nobody came to table. Don’t want to see your standard response because it means nothing to customer. Should of demanded refund

The amount of times I've come here and my order has been incorrect not just once, but twice is ridiculous. I keep giving chances and I may be done. Orders take forever to be made and usually aren't correct, and on top of that recently buns on the burgers are covered in some sort of grease and soggy. As someone who has worked fast food I'm appalled. It has to be harder to get orders wrong this consistently than it is to accidentally get a few right. It brings the management into question. My advice, skip this place and go somewhere else, not worth the hassle.

I went tonight (Saturday) at 9:40 and was told they closer at 9:30 on Saturdays. The website says 10:30
We were in line for 30 min and I had got a strawberry shake and they had put peanuts in it. I also ordered a chicken strip basket with 2 gravies and they gave me ranch and buffalo and some other people in the car ordered food too and their burgers were soggy.

I love the chicken basket but if I pay 38 dollars for 3 chicken baskets and 1 soda I expect my food to be fresh at least some what fresh and not cold frys or cold chicken or both if I'm paying more then 10 a basket I expect more you guys already down graded the quality of the chicken and raised the prices even tho quality went down at least give me fresh frys and chicken or at least somewhat fresh

Food was good, however the lady working the counter was very rude. My mother just wanted water to drink, so the lady gave her a see through cup. The water comes out of the same spout as the pink lemonade so it had a slight pink look. The lady yells throughout the restaurant; "Lady, you asked for water and you got lemonade." It was water because I got it for my mother. I told the lady and she proceeded to come over, take the cup, and go get water from the back area. This was embarrassing and should not have happened.
