My son went to DQ for me tonight because I was home sick. He went through the drive through and placed our order, which was over 30.00 dollars. They gave us two vanilla shakes instead of the two large mocha moo lattes that we ordered. My son told them they were suppose to be mocha moo lattes and she looked him in the eye and told him they were. He brought them home I tasted mine and asked him to return them since it looked and tasted like vanilla ice cream. He had to leave to meet someone. Even though I am very sick I got up, got dressed, and my daughter and I took them back. My daughter took them in and asked that they recook the food because it was getting cold while we waited 15 minutes for the new mocha moo lattes. They refused to so much as reheat the food. So they gave us back cold food and the two corrected mocha moo lattes. We spent 34.00 on cold food wrong treats and wasted time, energy, and gas. When my husband called he spoke to two managers they said that they didn't care that the food was cold and that it was not their problem. That he wasn't here and couldn't do anything about it. I have never had such a horrible restaurant experience in my life.

Everytime I go eat here with my family they always mess up the order EVERY single time I can't even leave the store without checking my food first to make sure I have everything I ordered and that it is made the right way. Went tonight with a coupon told them our order gave them the coupon and was told it wouldn't work with drink so I said take the drink off my order, then they gave me wrong size drink for my husband, forgot to give me my fries and then was told I had to pay for fries cuz they rang my order up wrong ,a meal comes with fries seriously something needs to be done about this it's absolutely ridiculous

This place is very clean, very friendly staff. It's my go to ice cream place. But they also have very fresh food. Just don't go within an hour before they close and order food. You MIGHT not get fresh.
Good Service fresh hot food. However give more options for kids meal drinks in the app. I love love love that you offer Non Dairy Dilly Bars but force the kids to have a milk as the only drink option.
