Truly shocking how consistent they are. Over the last year I haven't had one sandwich I ordered have all of toppings I put on it. Don't pay for extras, don't expect what you ordered.

Charged me $9 for 8 meatballs and said it was policy to not just charge for ingredients. Another subway didn't. I won't be back to this subway, they didn't care at all. I will return to that other subway. In an economic downturn it's this sort of behavior that causes businesses to close.

This rating is really for the service. We arrived at about 8:10 a.m. on Saturday 8/5. Store hours posted say opening time is 8:00 a.m. The girl wouldn't unlock the door or let us in because she apparently had to fill the cash register. We waited another 15 minutes until 8:25, were just about ready to leave and forget about it when she opened the door. If your hours say 8:00 a.m. I would think you should be ready at 8, not almost half an hour later?Sandwiches were fine, lots of veggies (no complaint there) but really seems skimpy on the roast beef. Maybe it was because the veggies comprised the bulk of the sandwich.

Went in and only had two sandwiches on my order, I put it in online and waited until the designated time. They then told me that they only had flatbread and wraps and they didn’t make the sandwiches. They didn’t try and call the phone number I provided to tell me so I could tell them to go ahead and make it, they just waited till I was there and then gave me the most annoyed and confused looks. They were clearly angry that they had to make food. I’ve worked at this exact subway before so I know from experience that there is a phone number put on the receipt. So while I waited for my food to be made they started doing closing routines and were loudly trash talking the customers that were just in the building, I was sitting in the seats right in front of the register and all 3 of them were gathered at that counter calling customers from their day numerous cuss words. I was in full view and they gave zero care. This was 9/1/22 around 8:10pm if any managers see this review

Worst subway I have ever been to the last three times. Tonight out of tomatoes, mayonnaise and peperoncinis. The bread on both sandwiches, Italian herb and a wheat, was so dried out and hard you couldn’t hardly chew through it. Wonder how they expect to stay in business. I am going to St. Joe from now on.

All three times I have gone into this subway they couldn't constitute 3 footlong sandwich orders and when I ask them to combine two 6" into a footlong they still don't have enough bread to make 3 foot longs.Further more... the help each time has been a few girls - more disrespectful and unwilling to do their job than the last set.

Overpriced for what you get. Out of vegetables. They are selling sandwiches that aren’t as described because they don’t have the vegetables. Had a family member pick it up for me. Got the foot long Baja steak. No onions, no jalapeños. I had the meat, cheese and onion. It was a pathetic sandwich for 11.00. Manager cared less when I called them. Said I should have brought it back. Why? To not get the vegetables I couldn’t get to begin with. No more subway. They can shut down and I wouldn’t lose a bit of sleep.

This location is always out of bread. I’ve been turned away several time between 6 pm and 7 pm because of this issue. Ordered online, got a call saying they were out of bread and that I couldn’t be refunded because I ordered on the app and they did not know how to refund me?!?!

Have sign up to wear mask but let people in without one . I called and asked about sign they said county makes them put it up but they don't en enforce and they hung up on me . I called back told them I was not going to eat there sandwich. They told me if I bring the whole sandwich back they would give me my money back so I did . I will not eat there even when covid is over do not recommend. Ether have a sign or don't.
