Every single time I go though that drive my meals are always a mess. And there's no sense talking to a manager because they don't ever make it right. My husband went through the drive to night asked for the $5 have it your way meal and they charged him for a jr chicken, small fry, and drink. Which was a lot more than if they had done their job correctly. He asked for extra mayo and pickles on my sandwich, I got 2 bun tops NO mayo and no pickles. I got no chicken nuggets. I'm tired of wasting my money on a place that cant even get it right. A few months ago I ordered a bacon burger paid $12 FOR A MEAL WITH NO BACON. We live 10 miles away I called and complained to a manager and she told me I'd get a purple coupon in the mail. Yeah that never happened.

After wiping GOBS of mayo off the burger this was still coated in mayo. Nowhere on my order did I ask for extra mayo. I did talk to a manager on the phone (drive thru from another town, got home and saw it) and her only response was okay when I asked why the guy making the food thought it was okay. I did not want a replacement, especially if he was still making the food, and okay is not a very well crafted response when someone asks you to find out why your staff did something ridiculous to their food. The concern is valid, the complaint is valid, the mayo is not valid. 10/10 poor customer service response and poor burger preparation.

Just my opinion, I feel that Burger King food isn't all that good. Food is rarely hot., lukewarm at best. However, it's the only fast food burger place in town, so we'll deal with their shortcomings and continue to patronize as time passes. Burger King prices are outrageous considering the lackluster quality of their products.

My great grandson loves going to Burger King and when I pick him up at his daycare, Burger King is our number 1 stop!!!! Lol, was no different!!!!! Burger King was first thing out of his mouth!!!!!
We popped in to grab lunch between baseball games, thinking this would be our quickest option. We ordered lunch at 10:30, as soon as lunch menu began so we understood it might be a minute since nothing had been made yet. BUT we didn’t expect to wait 40 minutes!! When I checked in on our order after 30 minutes of waiting, they let me know they were waiting on eggs, but we didn’t have any eggs and we had ordered lunch. At 11 o’clock, there were also still people who had ordered breakfast, waiting on their food also. This is by far the absolute longest we have ever waited on “fast food”, With absolute horrible service. No one was getting food, the people from the drive-through were coming in to check on their orders also. I don’t know what the people were working on, but nothing was coming out of that kitchen! I don’t recommend coming here if you’re in a hurry, or at all for that matter.

As burger king goes, it is really good. Some of the best Burger King I have ever had actually however it is painfully slow. From getting into the drive through lane to leaving could take over 30 minutes. I do not recommend coming often.
