Our server didnt get our drink order for at least 10 minutes. They weren't slammed. After waiting a solid 40 minutes we finally got our food only for the green beans to be seriously undercooked because they had no broccoli. Then the server after dropping our food at the table did not return until she was dropping the check. I was literally only able to eat the steak and GB because mashed potatoes spike my blood sugar. They gave me new green beans to go so I am eating them in the car on the way home. The server never stopped back and asked if everything was good.... had she I would have requested them to eat WITH my steak. Not impressed with the food or the service.

I had a special situation in which I was trying to do a good deed for somebody who had had hardships by getting them a gift card and ordering curbside for them. I did not live in Sedalia but lived out of town. The manager at Sedalia Applebee's whose name is Rachel went out of her way to accommodate me and help me with my needs their at Applebee's. She was kind, professional, and obliging! I would definitely frequent this Applebee's at this location.

This use to be one of the better restaurants in Sedalia, but has declined rapidly in food quality and appearance. Many of the tables have carvings on them and the overall look is rugged. I'm not sure what happened to all the neat stuff they once had on the walls for atmosphere, but if definately needs a to be completely redesigned. The food is just mediocre. Trust me. Go somewhere else to eat.

So disappointed. The service was extremely slow. Amy was our waitress she was working the bar and entire restaurant by herself. She did make our visit special she smiled made eye contact and apologized for the wait. Never saw a manager on duty. Finally someone came from the back with our food. The food was very good but the wait may stop us from returning.

Went in around 9:30pm, the food was okay, however I did not appreciate being served a cup of the new Blackberry Lemonade with glass shards in it. I spoke to the manager and was only offered the drink for free. But now here I am later that night at home getting sicker than a dog, puking up food and blood. The manager did not even care about my concerns about drinking other pieces of glass before realizing with the larger chunk. Will not come here again since they don’t care about their customers

Great visit to this location. They could have used a few more servers but ours tried her best and she was very nice and friendly. Food was great, loved the location near our hotel.
