Would give a 0 if possible, just went to the drive thru at 11 05 pm on July 2nd 2025, no one answered and I waited for 5 minutes, kept saying hello in the speaker and still no answer so left and lost my business for awhile, don't advertise your open until 12 a.m. if you're not going to be
Service was incredibly slow, but I just stayed calm and kept a smile on my face. When I asked the girl at the window how her day had been, only because there were only two cars in the line so there wasn't much going on, she proceeded to complain that the car in front of me had not pulled up as far as she told them to, and then went on to complain about customers in general.

This Arby's has the FRIENDLIEST work staff I have ever been in the presence!! They allowed me to sit and charge my phone/devices (food was great).. To pay their kindness back I took the opportunity to pick up the trays people left on table or at trash receptacle.. The young lady whom was doing lobby thanked me with smiles and thanks!!

Gave wrong order asked for curly got Crinkle fries instead. Forgot poppers. Someone needs to get their crew together. Ended up with cold sandwiches also. Should have kept first sandwiches at least they were warm through bag.

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they were out of mozzarella Stix and that's why I came to Sadellia from Warsaw, but the cashier which I think was the manager gave me cheddar poppers instead of French fries which I loved! Good parking store very clean I wasn't rushed very relaxed atmospheres, family affair! One of my favorite places, the roat beef sandwiches needs to be hotter,good specials, I love this place
Vegetarian options: Curly fries, mozzarella sticks, cheddar poppers, I would like to see potatoes cakes to come back
