Bandanas Bar-B-Q and Catering

Wife and I went there, I spent $30 total. Wife had ribs with 2 sides and a bread stick. Tell me why the bread was bigger than the 2 ribs that were on her plate. The ribs barely had any meat on the bone. You might as well just dipped your finger in the seasoning they used for it and sucked it off that's how little meat it had. I had a chicken swiss sandwich with fries. I was thinking it was going to be a good size sandwich. Nope I could've made that exact sandwich with crap I found in the fridge. If I'm going to a restaurant, I'd like to eat something that doesn't look like I can just fix it up in my house on a Friday night when I don't want to cook. I don't know how this restaurant has an average 4.8 star rating. But the fact that most family gatherings I've been to where there are ribs and I can't find the bone until I start biting into it is better than what this restaurant has, tells me all I need to know about the rest of the food.

Can’t rate anything besides service. Was seated and waited 15 minutes before leaving as the waitress started tending to folks that arrived after us and we just sat. Horrible customer care. 100% never go again. Food was subpar our first time anyway but thought we’d try again. Our mistake.

the burnt ends are SOOO good, it almost melted in my mouth. the waiter was real sweet and helped us put our leftovers ii to go boxes. the only not good thing i have to say is that spicy bbq sauce on the table was not very spicy.

Have eaten ribs here for long time. Ordered rib dinner for family . Drove 45 minutes home and there was no sauce so I called and they apologized and gave 15 dollar gift card. I thought thats nice. We bit into ribs and they were 30% jelly,slime fat. It was nasty. Just can't stand the thought of ribs there again. Sorry. update... the manager Joe emailed and apologized. Made it right refunding my money even though it was cash and no proof. He took my word for it which is something not many people do any more. We really appreciate it. Thank you Joe. We will be back .

I have eaten in once and had great service. I usually get carry out and every time the food is awesome. I always get ribs with baked beans and garlic toast and they nail it every time - as any reputable Missouri barbecue place should. As a nice extra, Bandanas offers several barbecue sauces included in your order. You can select from a variety of cities offerings; there is a Chicago, Memphis, Kansas City and St. Louis I believe or just take what they toss in your to go sack. If you are in Sedalia and hungry for Barbecue, Bandanas will scratch that itch.

This place was dirty and dead flies everywhere. The baseboards were covered in dust and dirt. Doesn’t make it very appetizing to eat your meal. The waitress was rude and when she screwed up the order still charged our friends for her screw up. The meat was dry and fries tasted freezer burned.

Stopped in late during the week for dinner.
Pork is outstanding and the Brisket done perfect.

Great atmosphere with a retro view out windows, classic country on the radio and cowboy bandannas.

Nice selection of Carolina, Sweet KC and classic sauces.
Really enjoyed our visit and will be back on a regular basis.

Two of us each had a delicious, lean, and tender pulled pork sandwich. Hubby's baked potato was perfect, and my cole slaw was some of the best I've ever had. The variety of BBQ sauces was outstanding! Our server was very helpful in describing the various sauces. Service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely visit again when in the area.
