This was our first experience eating here since it opened we got the 6 for $20 deal, our food was cold. The wings were boneless garlic and parmesan flavor which I love but they was hard and cold. The food should have been hot and fresh. we will not be eating here again !

What a wonderful experience! Previous Bdub experience in another town burnt us…but we are so glad we went into the Sedalia, Mo location. Jacob was one of the best servers we ever had. So personable, so efficient and never had to worry about drinks. Class act Jacob. Wish our hometown restaurant had 10 of you!!! Great job young man!

June 15 I called in the evening to ask if reservations were accepted. The young lady said they just started accepting reservations recently. I kindly requested for seating for family party of 15. Fast forward to Friday the 16th after police academy graduation. We arrive and they have no reservations on record and cannot accommodate 15 people. There were two groups of customers currently being waited on. I kindly asked to be placed outside and they said they cannot accommodate outside. The two young ladies working the front were absolutely disrespectful and told us when the groups moved. They had already been there for over an hour and a half, they would get us seated as soon as possible. Once I asked one more time to be outside just because we wanted to eat and sit down they practically refused our service and we left to go to Applebee’s, where they seated us in less than five minutes. Our service was rejected because I was in my deputy uniform with my family. Practice better service BWW.

Came on a Wednesday night at 8:30 with my visibly pregnant wife. After waiting a few minutes to be seated in a 90% empty restaurant. They set us at a small table by the bar. 2 people at the bar, we waited a few minutes and left having never seen our wait staff. Applebees for the win tonight.

Restaurant is always very crowded, often with a wait. Been there multiple times in the past few months, and every time there was something that just kind of ruined the experience for us.
Once our server just forgot about us. She admitted this to us after about an hour of waiting.
The next time we went the food just wasn't all that great.
It just seems like they miss the mark every time, and the wings just aren't worth it for the price and the service.
Eyad is an amazing server we have been here 2 times now and will be coming back just for Eyad always on top of things so calm and sweet the vibe is a breath of fresh air thanks again

We were not greeted in a timely manner but after being seated the service and food were great. Our food was delivered fast, fresh and good. The place was clean and smelled good. Our server was friendly and attentive. I will definitely visit again.

I can't even tell you had the food tasted because I was never waited on. We came in and there was no hostess. I was about to walk out, but someone said that she was coming. She seated us in an almost empty restaurant. The server took forever to come to our table and said they'd be with us shortly. They ran back and forth to the bar and the table next us before scurrying away to the back. We waited for another 10 minutes before calling it quits. Terrible!

They only get 1 star because I had to to do a review. Been sitting here 45 minutes and still haven’t received a drink yet. Don’t see any employees anywhere. Just close the doors and waive the white flag because you’re done!
Update: we had some friends that were at another table inform us that the manager we told about the poor service as we were leaving laughed about it with the bar tender after we left.
