We were not greeted in a timely manner but after being seated the service and food were great. Our food was delivered fast, fresh and good. The place was clean and smelled good. Our server was friendly and attentive. I will definitely visit again.

I can't even tell you had the food tasted because I was never waited on. We came in and there was no hostess. I was about to walk out, but someone said that she was coming. She seated us in an almost empty restaurant. The server took forever to come to our table and said they'd be with us shortly. They ran back and forth to the bar and the table next us before scurrying away to the back. We waited for another 10 minutes before calling it quits. Terrible!

They only get 1 star because I had to to do a review. Been sitting here 45 minutes and still haven’t received a drink yet. Don’t see any employees anywhere. Just close the doors and waive the white flag because you’re done!
Update: we had some friends that were at another table inform us that the manager we told about the poor service as we were leaving laughed about it with the bar tender after we left.

Went there for my pickup order and it took forever. They need a separate counter for takeout orders. Had to wait there for 30 mins which is not acceptable.

I was in at about 1 today. There was no one at the front. I waited a go 10 minutes and no one showed up. So I went to the back for a couple minutes. When I got back up to the front I waited about another 5 minutes and a gal finally came slowly wondering out of the back room. She finally managed to get me a table. There probably wasn't even 20 people in there. The waiter was running all the tables by her self and she was busting her butt! She took my order and brought it to me. The chicken wings were still cold as if they had just came out of the refrigerator. She apologized and got me a new order. She says now thses should be really hot. Well they were barely warm. By the time she got back to me I had went ahead and ate them but told her they were baby warm. I told her that this place has really gone down hill and that I knew it wasn't her fault. I hope this young lady can find a better place to work than there!
I have no plans to go back there anymore. It was VERY DISSAPOINTING. I cant see how you can keep your doors open much longer...

Great food,I always get wings and they're good but there's always a wait,sometimes 30 plus minutes and the food takes terribly long to get there,timed it once and it was close to 45 minutes for two dozen wings and some fries,not cool at all

By far the worst buffalo wildwing i have ever eaten at, my server tells me that if want to order a beer at the table I have to go to the bar to order a beer. Took forever to get sit down with and entire section open. And the server only came around every 30 mins to and hour unless flagged down

Hit and miss on service and food sometimes it's good sometimes it's not. The bogo burger deal is a pretty awesome deal definitely worth going for that. If you want wings go on a day they do the wing deal which is usually Tuesday or Thursday. Like the fact they have outdoor seating. Tons of tvs so every sport is covered.
Great dinner here tonight. Eyad you deserve a raise! What a great server. We will be back.

Sad. Nobody pays attention to the door, unwilling “workers” to maintain an enjoyable evening out. You’ll stand at the door for about 30 mins before anyone even talks to you (and there’s others that have been waiting 40 mins). If you pick up an order, good luck getting it. You’ll again, stand around for 30 mins before acknowledgment AND your food will be cold (if it’s ready, or they’ll tell you it’s not ready, but it’s just sitting there). If you drive around to the back, they’re just smoking weed… literally.
