Burger King. I love your food. But dear God your hiring skills aren’t good at all! I left my house at like at 12:18 and got there at probably 12:22 and didn’t get my food till 1:07. Over 40 minutes. Your employees were still taking orders, when they needed to stop taking orders and work on the backed up ones. Thanks for the food. No thanks for the service!

Worst burger ever. Hard buns, cold meat, no charbroil taste. Was so sad since I'm on a low sodium diet. I get them in springfield and they are always hot and yummy.

Sedalia store on 65 Highway only has two maybe three employees people are backed up waiting for their food. What is wrong with you people you need to hire more employees this is a great place to eat. The food is phenomenal and you have no employees what is going on with Burger King people are leaving the drive-through because you can’t get weighed on nobody in the walk-in part of the store to wait on you. This is awful for this great place to eat. It needs to be fixed.

Stopped in for breakfast. No one was working the counter. There was a gal working in the drive through but we were not greeted. After waiting for a period of time, we left.
At one point in time, I told myself, I was never going back. Now I'll sit in a ten to fifteen minute line. I hope it stays this way. If I need something fast this is where I go four that kind of menu options.

DoorDash their family meal, missing everything but the fries/rings/nugs.. call & Brandon let's me know that's on doordash, told him I have enough going on just refund the money due to the reason I used DoorDash (I'm busy) not possible so I go into store for the rest. While standing there, over here the cook," should I warm these fries up..." I spoke up, asked him would you feed your family those... he stated yes. I looked at Brandon honestly in disbelieve, would you?? He stated," I wouldn't"... are you for real.... I really hope someone that means anything see's the store you have operating. Spent almost $50 for the convenience & turn into complete bullsh*t. (My time at the store was 9:40pm)

Place was completely empty except for the employees when I went in. It took 25-30 minutes to get my order. Then they just gave me a burger & I had ordered a meal. The management here is nonexistent apparently. Over $14 for the meal. They make Mcd’s look good

We used Door Dash. If I were to ever to use this Burger King, I would have to go pick it up myself. Nothing wrong with Door Dash, just the BK store cannot get an order right. Don't leave without checking your bag, yourself! This was the 2nd time we used Door Dash for Burger King. Both times, was a messed up order. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. A bit of advice: Stay away from the fish sandwich. Nasty!
