Chipotle Mexican Grill

At Chipotle the food needs to be good as there is no ambiance nor is there ANY food service beyond food prep.
The meat is sliced chunks of FAT AND GRISSLE. Completely inedible. Nasty .

I was very disappointed due to them being out of many things. Meats and toppings. Employee straight lied to my face. Not sure what was going on.

They do not have wheel chair/ disabled parking near entry doors. They are way back of building. May stop going there for this reason.
No assistance.

They were out of 2 sodas when we visited today. Food was good.

Unfortunately we have this bad food and service quality of my favorite restaurant in my town. They don’t have food available (like brown rice) for customers at 5pm. Just said that they don’t have it, and when I asked how long, she said they are not even making it. WHAT? This is my 3rd time here, and they mess up every time. Hope they change management to get this place rocking.

Dirty tables! Had to clean our table our selves. Works standing around on phones. Told them about dirty tables and they did nothing about it. New building is getting dirt fast!

At 7:00 me and my husband were there and asked for a barbacoa bowl and I was told that they were out. The establishment was not going to make any more. Seems like they are out of a lot of things most of the time.

Showed up at 5:00 an they tell me it will be 45 minutes for steak are the killing the cow out back

In a week I have been three times at Chipotle when ever I have been there they were out of some things like lettuce, fajitas, chicken etc

If you go in respectful and show common courtesy and understanding you get great service. All of these reviews complaining about the shortage, the food, the service… I’ve been in this location several times and NEVER had anything to complain about other than the older lady that works there being rude to the workers and talking down to them. Never have I gotten an attitude. Again. COMMON COURTESY AND MANNERS go a long ways but I don’t expect anyone from Sedalia to understand that. Thank you chipotle team for everything you do to feed the ungrateful, self entitled people of Sedalia.

Girl at drive through AMAZING! Food... ehh, lines to long, wheres the second one! Take some stress off your staff you know their overworked and underpaid if you add a second store they wouldn't be over worked and maybe paid correctly.

This chipotle has a standard atmosphere but they are literally always out of at least 1 (usually 2 or 3) main ingredients. It’s really frustrating to pay full price for a bowl that has hardly any meat because they’re rationing it and no veggies or limited rice. They need to work on their prep.
