If you go in respectful and show common courtesy and understanding you get great service. All of these reviews complaining about the shortage, the food, the service… I’ve been in this location several times and NEVER had anything to complain about other than the older lady that works there being rude to the workers and talking down to them. Never have I gotten an attitude. Again. COMMON COURTESY AND MANNERS go a long ways but I don’t expect anyone from Sedalia to understand...
Overall I don't think it's worth any more than a 3. Lines are always long. They rarely have all the food available for you , it's very loud inside , the line to order wraps around the people eating and along the building and often out the doors. As a person eating I really don't want people watching me eat while they are standing over me. Steak is usually 80% fat. Extremely disappointing. I don't get steak anymore.
The only problem I have there is one of the employees that does mobile orders is very hateful and disrespectful to customers. If you can't handle the pressure of being busy then maybe you shouldn't work there. But other then that food is really good and prices are decent.
