I am an ice cream fan and I loved the dairy queen back home in illinois. This one has NEVER had their ice cream actually frozen. Always soup and they are required by company policy to turn the blizzard upside down. They won't do that when they try selling you a liquid concoction . Kids there are not the best at customer service.
There's better choices in town like goods, Freddy's, steak n shake

Ate there yesterday, food was very bland and had no taste, Ice cream was half melted by the time they got it to me in the drive thru, Also it’s very expensive for fast food, definitely would recommend eating at McDonalds before this place…

I've been coming to this dairy queen for over 15 years. The employees have always been great and very accommodating. I absolutely love the diversity of foods, sauces, and sweets. The inside is always clean. And you don't have long to wait for your food. I'd come here way more often if the onions on the burger weren't so huge and ridiculous, like come on every time. I'm a burger person. And I love dairy queen burgers, but the onion slice that you guys put on is ridiculous the cut the size. It's just as bad as burger King when they add onion. Maybe it's whoever is cutting the onions at lunchtime??? Literally the only flaw with this establiment. Their kids' meal deal after 4 pm on Fridays and Saturdays is a great deal. And now they have it for mondays.

Can someone tell me if the kids ice cream amount has changed? I went to Dairy Queen last night and had my niece and nephew I bought them the kids ice cream I’ve gotten it quite a few times for them! Always full to the top and I paid $4 and some odd change for each one…..now tell me why I paid that much for a pup cup size of ice cream? Is it made out of gold or something? I have never had a problem with Dairy Queen until last night! But if the amount of ice cream changed the price needs to as well because I shouldn’t be spending that much for not even an inch of ice cream in that cup! Also the lady said that your can’t have and of the candy with it I explained that I have gotten it multiple times she said ok but when she handed me the ice cream I was literally upset and didn’t understand why this has happened!

ordered six-piece sauce and tossed. barely any barbecue sauce on them bread tasted like it had been sitting there for hours as well as his chicken. hardly any onion ring and again they seem like they had been setting for some time.

It seemed like the workers are more worried about being fast instead of producing quality. I think our chicken strips were laying in a warming tray for awhile. They were barely warm and overly crunchy. The workers were pleasant though.
