We live in Stover and when we get to Sedalia we always get dominoes yesterday we ordered two large two toppers, mine was thin crust and mushrooms with olives, his was new Yorker with tomatoes and the kids working were awful, did not use gloves took our money then made our pizzas, acted like they hated being there...I was sick within the hour by midnight puking and sick as can be till morning, pretty sure the mushrooms were bad. Not sure if I'll ever eat pizza again. Definitely won't be going back there . When you're making pizza please wear gloves .

Disappointing Experience – Poor Food Quality and Unacceptable Customer Service
We placed an online order with this Domino’s location, and I stopped in to pick it up on my way home from work. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.
The marinara sauces I ordered and paid for were not included in the pickup order. I had to ask for them at the counter, and had I not noticed, I would’ve driven an hour home without them. Frankly, charging extra for marinara with cheesy bread is questionable to begin with—it should be included.
Our order consisted of two cheesy breads, four marinara sauces, and one Italian sausage marinara. After the hour-long drive home, my family and I were very disappointed. The Italian sausage marinara had only a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the dish—barely anything there—and the cheesy breads were noticeably smaller than usual, with minimal cheese. We’ve ordered these items for years and this order was significantly below standard.
Worse yet, when I called the store to speak with a manager, I was put on hold and left there for 25 minutes without anyone picking up. I hung up and called again, only to be disconnected mid-call. On the third attempt, I was told a “manager in training” was available, but I requested to speak to the actual manager. Finally, after over 30 minutes, I was able to speak with Josh. He claimed he didn’t know I had been waiting—something I find hard to believe given the circumstances.
As a long-time customer, I’m incredibly disappointed—not just in the portion sizes and food quality, but in the total lack of accountability and customer care.
I do not recommend this Domino’s location for your family’s meals. Poor service, poor food, and a clear need for staff training. Domino’s, if you value your customers, please do better.

I've had good pizza from Domino's, and this is the worst Domino's location I've been to. I tried them 3 years ago when I moved to Sedalia and then I decided to try it 1 more time for the new stuffed crust. The whole point of Domino's is their garlic crust seasoning and they don't even use it at this location. There was a tiny bit of parmesan around the crust and zero garlic seasoning. I don't understand. Maybe it's because this is the Midwest and people don't like flavor? I can't do it, this pizza is worse than Little Caesars. If there's no seasoning and no salt, there's no flavor.

Said order would be delivered in 35 min waited 40 min checked the app said it still wasn't in the oven so I call up there am put on hold for 5 minutes and she says we just put it in the oven and it will be another 30 35 minutes.

Will not deliver to my address 4 miles south of town, but will deliver to my next door neighbor to the north and to neighbors to the south all the time. Wonder why I am being singled out? I have NEVER had an issue with them. And, they won't give me a reason other than to say our address is out of their delivery area?? but yet they deliver to customers to the south of me. Makes no sense to me! Will never buy another product from Domino's ever again!
