I'm a push-over for shrimp cocktail when I see it on a Mexican restaurant menu. It takes me back to my daily afternoon ritual of a "Coctel de Camerones and a cervaza" to unwind in the zocalo after a beautiful day on my travels in Oaxaca or Veracruz. A whole page of coctel options!?! Yes, please. The grande shrimp cocktail has to be not only the tastiest with a bit of delightful after burn, but has to be the best value in town. And, the al pastor tacos became our instant tops in town, which says something because we use it as a yardstick for our taquerias. This is an exciting menu, the staff is very nice and efficient and we will be back.
