Ordered fajita nachos here through door dash, they should rename the nachos bell pepper, onion nachos, you will have to look for tiny pieces of fajita in these nachos, I would hate to see what extra meat looks like. My family has been regulars at this restaurantfor 2 years. There is one male waiter who has an awful attitude and isn’t kind, which is really unfortunate cause it kills the vibe of this place!Yesterday, I decided to take my kids for lunch- HORRIBLE mistake!! Our waiter (we got “lucky” and got the unkind waiter) took our orders, brought the food out and dropped one of my sons plate- food going everywhere (not a big deal, had it remade), when waiter brought the new plate out it had a hair in the food. Again remade. When bringing the second plate out, this waiter placed his hands on my son (who is a minor) to push him back. Absolutely not ok!We sat eating for an hour, the waiter didn’t check on us, refill drinks… nothing. So I inquired with other wait staff and they mentioned our waiter went home for the day! What!?!?!?Absolutely awful service- we will never be back.I spoke with the manager and got an “I am sorry.” No adjustment to the ticket was given.

Courteous, efficient service and delicious food. The restaurant was packed when we arrived, so we expected a 10 - 20 minute wait. Not so! We were seated right away. Within a few minutes, our waiter took our order, brought our chips and drinks, and then our delicious dinner. Best all-around restaurant experience we've had in a long time.

I had the Pollo Carnaval and it was really good. We did have to ask for the tortillas that came with the meal. Our waiter never checked on us and our drinks. We had to wave him or another server down to get the tortillas and to get a to-go box. My mother-n-law couldn't finish hers. She had the bacon wrapped shrimp and rice. The portions were very generous.
