Was traveling through Sedalia today and stopped for a bite to eat. Oh My Gosh!!! Shirley was amazing!! Her customer service skills were perfect!! Don’t get that kind of service much these days.

Everyone was super friendly, place was very clean & after a small mishap with the pizza being a little under cooked, the manager personally brought it out & apologized. I was highly impressed.
The staff here has been some of the best. We will pick fazolis always before McDonald's, bk, or the other "fast food" places. This restaurant is always well kept. Very helpful staff, checked on us several times during the meal. AND... They were not impatient or anything, even though it was almost closing time while we were still eating. I love the spicy kick from their food, and the breadsticks are always good.
6-22-24 We drove through & ordered Gluten Free pesto pasta & pasta Carbonara (- broccoli) excellent service, our meals were hot and delicious!!

Waited for the employees to stop talking to each other and take my order! Never happened! The bread sticks in the warmer looked sad! Guess they didn't have time for them either!!

The girl who took our order and brought it out was great and quick. Manager came and checked on us not long after and offered more breadsticks, while also wiping down table. There was about 5 other tables in at the same time and it was very clean and quick. Will definitely come back!
