I was going to try this place for the 1st time but now I guess I'll never know if their food is good because I wanted lasagna,NOPE..said they ran out of lasagna,so I was going to try ravioli,NOPE,the only ravioli they had left was 3 meat ravioli.not sure how you can call yourself an Italian restaurant if you don't make foods that I feel would be 2 of your best selling menu items! Either being cheap and not buying enough ingredients or staff too lazy to fill an order,but in any case...not prepared!
I guess the days of unlimited breadsticks are gone which is a sad thing. Service was adequate food was normal for fazoli's
