I was going to try this place for the 1st time but now I guess I'll never know if their food is good because I wanted lasagna,NOPE..said they ran out of lasagna,so I was going to try ravioli,NOPE,the only ravioli they had left was 3 meat ravioli.not sure how you can call yourself an Italian restaurant if you don't make foods that I feel would be 2 of your best selling menu items! Either being cheap and not buying enough ingredients or staff too lazy to fill an order,but in any case...not prepared!
Very disappointed in our visit to the Sedalia location. We have been going to Warrensburg for years until they recently shut it down and Warrensburg was always clean, the food was always amazing and the staff was always friendly and polite. The Sedalia location was the complete opposite! Staff wasn’t very friendly and the restaurant was dirty. I miss the Warrensburg location!!! My original post I gave Fazoli’s a 5 star but I am now giving them a 1 star

We used Fazolis catering for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner last week. When we picked the order up, it was ready and waiting. Everything was boxed up and stayed hot during the 30 minute drive to the venue. The food was delicious and we had many people say what a great meal it was. Thanks to the employees who made the food and got it ready for us.
