Felt more like the teens working were there for social hour. Girl taking orders was chewing on the front of her shirt.
Kitchen food was good and fresh, but never received the apple juice with the kids meal.
Custard was soupy and when I took it back to the front counter to ask for something else, the girl rolled her eyes and one handed, lazily made a replacement. No customer service.

The burgers were bigger than the bun! The overall architecture was wobbly. Fries were too skinny and didn't hold heat for very long.

really nice staff, they got our food out very quickly as well. the meal was quite salty but it did have good flavor. the shake we were served was fantastic.

It was very loud there but the food was good! Service was mediocre. Young employees. It was very busy and they did okay. I had never eaten at a Freddy's. I went to order an orange freeze thing and there was a sign that it would be a dollar but the cashier said it was over $4. Apparently I needed the app. I'm not from there so I did not download the app to try the frozen treat. Thought it was poor marketing.

Food is always good and service is fast; HOWEVER, the last several times we’ve been in there, the floor is dirty, the vacant tables aren’t wiped down, the trash is overflowing and the restrooms are beyond filthy. Seriously in need of attention to cleanliness. They were not short staffed. There were employees just standing around. Not very hygienic.

Great food at a good price. It's a 50s vibe with better food than most other fast food restaurants that is way better than in-and-out. Lots of food choices, great frozen custard and decent service. Burgers are east coast style, with two thin flat patties with lots of crust from the grill.

We just went for custard. We received it quickly and it was delicious. The workers were polite and attentive to their jobs. We will definitely return.
