Order today march 14 at 6:08 pm didn’t get my order til 730ish. Worth the wait most definitely. Will definitely be getting again just hope next time I don’t have to wait over an hour.

I went to Jimmy John's in Sedalia Missouri at 6:30 p.m. Sunday I have a broken leg and they couldn't get the drive-thru window open she asked me to go to the front and get off the car she was really mean to me how does she expect me to get out of the car when she could go out there and take me to food what kind of people are you hiring here her name was Gretchen or Gretchen or something like that 🤬

Order ahead of time and still waited 15 minutes on my suv
I haven tried for 3 weeks to get ahold of the Manager to see about a yearly donation for VBS that they usually donate to. I had left my name and number numerous times with no call back. I was told to call between 11 and 1. I called yesterday and was ask what do I need because he's busy.

We order from this location frequently and always wait almost two hours for our food. We’re a block and a half away. And even calling and asking for the status of our delivery, we’re told we’re next and still wait another half an hour to 45 minutes

Food is good as always, but service is not so great. Put in an order on the app. It took nearly an hour for it to be ready for pick-up. Went through the drive through, sat for about 5 minutes and no one came up to the window. Went inside and the employee was rude when I asked about the drive through not working. This is the second time it has taken this long through the app, and the second time this same employee has been rude.
