I order from this location regularly, I love the subs. The food is always great but I’m located maybe a mile from this establishment but I almost always have to wait an hour to get my food. I remember Freaky Fast and this is far from it.

My cousin took me to her local Jimmy Johns restaurant few years back. She swore to me I'd never once go to a subway or Quiznos again. And I ignored her warning and told her as long as subway makes chocolate chip cookies that's impossible. And here we are 5years later I have NEVER been back to another sub sandwich place.

Took one 1hr and 9 minutes to receive delivery. It’s a 7 minute drive to where I’m located. Let’s give them 10 minutes to make a sandwich even though it only takes 2 minutes to make. So it should take about 20-30 minutes max to receive sandwich. I understand businesses get busy - I worked at a JJ’s in KC, as well as this exact JJ’s a few years ago. So let’s give them the benefit of the doubt, which is a 45 minute delivery time. Now, I ordered Jimmy John’s (who claim to be freaky fast) - not Domino’s pizza (which takes longer because they have to put a pizza in an oven). I’m just going to assume they are short on drivers, but it took 1 hr & 9 minutes. I love Jimmy John’s but unfortunately the manager wouldn't take my call so I won’t be a return customer.

Ordered a sandwich in the drive thru. Got the wrong sandwich and called to have it fixed. Then had the sandwich delivered to the WRONG building and LEFT THERE with NO ONE in the building. Talked to the manager and received NO SYMPTHAY for their team not being on top of things.

First time at this location, I wish I had read some of the reviews before I made my choice ? waited 10 minutes for two subs, one was requested to remove one ingredient/add another. Of course they did not. Also, 1 slice of turkey and 6(!!!!!) Pieces of cheese??? Employees super slow and sluggish, sorry I asked you to make me a sandwich.

Great sandwich's, lots of meat. I ordered the Italian hit the spot! Also, the staff was helpful because I was new to the place. Nice atmosphere inside.

A nice sandwich shop. Not as flexible as Subway and nowhere as good as Jersey Mikes...

The salami caprese sandwich tastes amazing! I intend to eat it a few more times before it goes off the menu. The cashier and sandwich artists seemed sluggish. Nobody was smiling or acting especially friendly. For a place with a slogan "subs so fast you'll freak," this chain seems like the exception; there was quite a wait. Maybe the team is new.

Drive through is great, but going in is really cool. The employees always seem fun, smart, and refreshing. They know their stuff and are fun while helping you get what you want. The atmosphere is what you would feel in an art district. The food is always good and the service is always beyond perfection. I really enjoyed going in to order. I also like that the ticket didn't force me for a tip, but when I asked if I could give one, there was a discreet way of doing it. And, oh yeah, I definitely tipped real good:)

I placed an order online for which two of the three sandwiches were made incorrectly. When I called back and explained that I was from out of state the “manager” was very rude and said she can’t give a partial refund over the phone and that she wasn’t going to be refunding the whole bill for their mistake so there was nothing she could do for me but apologize and sarcastically say “have a nice day” & hang up while I was still talking. Very poor excuse for a “manager”, unacceptable that there’s nothing you can do for an out of state customer such as a partial refund, or I even asked for her to mail the refund to me.
