If it weren't for my curly fries being ordered before I pulled in the parking lot,I'd have given this a 5 star review. My fries were clearly ordered by someone else who decided they didn't want fries. For the money I paid it's not worth having to be served something you can't stomach,t I did try them, and as they appeared cold,and grease logged. The brisket was delicious! Disappointed that I went for bbq rib and at 130 pm on Sunday they were out of half of their menu.

I live in K C. And have had just about every bbq place around . SERIOUSLY, I would put Kehdes bbq in Sedalia, up against any place in KC . Kehdes, IS, that good . Beef, Pork, Burnt Ends, Curly fries, and Posh Potatoes, ARE OUTSTANDING.. Try the root beer too. It's a classic.

Kid-friendliness: Tons of train decor. Can eat in a real RR coach car, kid menu items

I just loved this restaurant! It was such a great find! The food was amazing! You can not beat their many pies for sure! I had the fried mushrooms, and they have great portion size and very flavorful! Their staff are the friendliest people and the service was amazing! I will definitely go there again! Love the seating in the retired train.

Stopped on the way through town. Seating and service was very quick. Food came very quickly and our waitstaff were great! We weren’t impressed with the portion size of the fried pickles, but the flavor was good. The ribs and burnt ends were good, but not great. We chose to done in the rail car which was fun and leveled up our experience.
