Easy to order but drive thru service much better than in store service. Inside service was not helpful at all for a disabled person trying to get a to go order. First time at that store and I ask for help in carrying the order to the drink machine but was told I had serve myself and trying to get the requested drink the clerk told me to hurry up and get it . Trying to hold the bag with my order and my cane as there was no place to set them I dropped the drink and clerk was very hateful about it. I said I had asked for help but was refused. She told me to go through the drive thru if I couldn't get it myself. Was trying to get out the door by myself without help as she was so hateful. A man coming into the store and asked if I needed help and I told him I was refused help by clerk and he helped me to my car. I will never go inside that store again and I later went through the drive thru and got excellent service.

Carry out always. I stop on my way home as we don't have a store in Warsaw MO so Sedalia is the last city that has a store. The employees in this store seem to work well together. The wait is never very long. The chicken is consistently great and the biscuits are to die for! We've been known to order 2 dozen so we can have leftovers!

When I got there they were cleaning something off the drive thru but I just went and got food. It was 21 dollars. I ate one piece of my chicken my mashed potatoes and was eating Mac and cheese when I throw it all back up. It was the chicken that did it to me. After eating it that piece of chicken my stomach felt off but I didn’t feel like I had to pick till the Mac and cheese. I’m so disappointed 21 dollars to just puke half of it up and throw the rest away because it made me sick

I went there was nobody else in the drive through, I ordered a small fri and that was it and they couldn’t even bother to fill the thing up. I got maybe 10 fries in total for almost $4. I won’t be back, ever.

The lady in front of me was the final boss of a Karen. Held up the line for far too long being hateful to the staff. HOWEVER the staff handled it like the absolute champs they are. They were kind, helpful and SPEEDY! I ordered a ridiculous amount of food for my basketball team of children and it was fresh and fast. Thx y'all Signed a tired mama

My wife ordered an hour ahead. I pulled up to check in for the order, the employee announced they still had 8 minutes left on my food. Had over 15 minutes phone call and still sat waiting for our order. They need more help and more accuracy with service.
