My wife ordered an hour ahead. I pulled up to check in for the order, the employee announced they still had 8 minutes left on my food. Had over 15 minutes phone call and still sat waiting for our order. They need more help and more accuracy with service.

I have been coming back to KFC for the last year probably 11 times and every single time has been great. The food is fresh, workers are nice and helpful, and the waffle is perfect

Their price for a 12 piece of chicken is flat out price gouging. Their chicken breading was a lil dark and dry. Cashier was really rude when I told her my chicken was kinda burnt. Won't be returning to this KFC

It was so dirty and the buffet was gross , and always is so I dont understand how they even managed a 3.
The coleslaw didn't taste like KFC coleslaw. Dropped the ball hard on that one. Chicken strips were over cooked. Ordered dipping sauce for strips and didn't receive them. Why are the biscuits getting smaller. The size of the chicken pieces looked like they were from a 2 month old chick. Doubt I go back any time soon.
