Got a Pina Colada today. It was drinkable, but far from delicious. At almost 10$ for a medium, I had to drink it to get some $$ worth out of it. 2 ⭐️ ⭐️for the friendly staff ????.Very disappointed, as I love smoothies

If you live anywhere within 50 miles of Sedalia, this place is a must. No, it’s not just simply the best food you’ve ever tasted (and the healthiest) It is literally medicine. Had some Lifeblood raw juice and golden milk after my workout and the rest of the day had energy that I didn’t know what to do with, and that’s a good thing!

Always friendly service. We get the Katy Trail smoothie bowl with a few twists per my daughter lol. Gotta have a shot of wheat grass when I stop in and always grab a couple lemon, ginger, tumeric juices.
