The garlic butter/sauce doesn't taste good. Bread sticks were kinda hard to tear apart.

Came in to order a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread and was told it would be a 20-25min wait so I said okay, paid, and that I would wait in the lobby. A man walks in and ordered exactly what I did and the cashier was going to give him my food! Telling me the pizza came up after I ordered already so I had to wait for my name to be called even though I ordered my food before this guy! I definitely spoke up because it’s not okay to make me wait for my food and then give someone exactly what I order that came in after me and saw me sitting there waiting. I may have been seen as a “Karen” and ticked the guy off that came in but oh well. Don’t make people wait if the food is ready

Customer service was poor gave me smack about how the manager would be mad can't break a 50 dollar bill , pizza a was gross no topping , person making pizza had dirty finger nails . Gross

I ordered pretzel crust cheese pizza and received a regular crust pepperoni. I told them that wasn't pretzel crust and that I ordered cheese so they remade it a cheese but again with the regular crust, covered in salt. I explained to them how it looked different from pretzel crust but they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I got the 2nd pizza for free but I'm still pretty disappointed.

My pizza is always fresh and hot and the customer service is excellent. A few weeks ago, I did run into an issue with DoorDash and I was given the wrong pizza, but they didn't have any problem at all or didn't get frustrated to fix the order. Please keep up the good work and serving delicious food and our local community. You guys do great.

If I could leave a Zero, I would. I’m not typically a Karen about closing times, because I work in retail and understand the want of going home after a long shift, but as a college student who is involved in different organizations such as sports or the arts, it’s ridiculous to get out of a practice and trying to order a pizza over a half hour before closing time and my mobile order being denied and then coming in person so see we can get nothing is ridiculous. Then getting told all we can get is cold pizza and breadsticks, which has been sitting on the counter for over 20 minutes mind you, and then refusing to turn on the oven it unacceptable. Unfortunately this little Caesars was a BIG disappointment and I’m still hungry hungry for Pizza pizza. I took by business to Pizza Hut where they were happy to serve me and my friends. (Attached you can see the stack of cold pizza on the counter)

Not once not twice but 3 times now I have come in with cash in hands for a hot and ready just to be told that they are only accepting online orders only. Just goes against the hot and ready grab and go.
Maybe I should have checked them before I left, but now I'm back at work and cant return them.

Last 2 times I stopped by, there was absolutely no pizza ready. Had to wait.
Food i order was ok definitely don't think its was as advertised, but thats whatever. So I picked up an extra pizza thank for making me waist my money on this burnt pizza

Afternoon/evening shift are just undesirable. The order was called in to be picked up at a certain time. The order wasn't even started till I walked in the door. I had to wait 25 minutes plus the 20 minutes for the time it took for them to cook before I should have been able to pick up.

Im gonna start this with the girl who answered the phone was sweet and apologized many times for the situation and i know this is not on her at all and this is not aimed towards her. (Im sorry i didnt get her name) but My Fiance and i just moved same day we online ordered a pizza cause it was quick and easy and we have yet to get groceries or have anyway of cooking. When we got our food it didnt come with any sauce that we ordered with it so we called the store and let them know and they said we could either come pick up the sauce or call a different number for a refund. Both of us are tired and just need something to eat while unpacking and moving and asked if they could just drop it off and we would have even met the delivery guy outside. They were like no its only those 2 options. We paided for the sauces and would have liked them with the original order delivery, but one of us ended going to the store and picking up the sauce cause to the fact we would have had to write down a different phone number and call to try to get a refund is ridiculous. On top of that the crazy cheese bites where burnt. This is not a good starting point and we love their pizzas and food in general but this store just disappointed us.
