Afternoon/evening shift are just undesirable. The order was called in to be picked up at a certain time. The order wasn't even started till I walked in the door. I had to wait 25 minutes plus the 20 minutes for the time it took for them to cook before I should have been able to pick up.

Im gonna start this with the girl who answered the phone was sweet and apologized many times for the situation and i know this is not on her at all and this is not aimed towards her. (Im sorry i didnt get her name) but My Fiance and i just moved same day we online ordered a pizza cause it was quick and easy and we have yet to get groceries or have anyway of cooking. When we got our food it didnt come with any sauce that we ordered with it so we called the store and let them know and they said we could either come pick up the sauce or call a different number for a refund. Both of us are tired and just need something to eat while unpacking and moving and asked if they could just drop it off and we would have even met the delivery guy outside. They were like no its only those 2 options. We paided for the sauces and would have liked them with the original order delivery, but one of us ended going to the store and picking up the sauce cause to the fact we would have had to write down a different phone number and call to try to get a refund is ridiculous. On top of that the crazy cheese bites where burnt. This is not a good starting point and we love their pizzas and food in general but this store just disappointed us.

Was told a 20 minute wait, i was fine with that, 35 minutes later my order was just going in the oven... Ordered a new stuffed pretzel crust pizza and only got a pretzel crust, the other two pizza's that were orded were supposed to have extra sauce on them and they were dry as card board and kinda tasted like it too.. Had to stand int he lobby and wait 15 minutes listening to off duty workers and current working employees complain how they jave been shorted a complete pay check or more in the last month and a half and one employee say that only had veen paid 1000 dollars in 3 months worth of working... Not sure what is going on but the Sedalia Mo little Caesars needs a major overhaul of employees and management since they cant get pizza orders right and apparently pay their employees on time or what they are owed! Now i lnow why it's been 5 months since my family and i orderd food from there!!

Made me wait 15 minutes for a dry, no good pizza. I had walked to my car and sat there, set a timer for the wait and decided to go in a little early because people walking in during my wait were leaving with fresh pizzas.. well I guess they walked out with the ones I ordered because mine are dry and looked like they had been sitting out awhile..I'll never leave the store without checking what's in the box from now on

I was just recently hospitalized for food poisoning after ordering two pizzas for a night with friends. I made a report to the health department. My boyfriend and friends all got sick from this too. Please please please do not eat here. I have not been this sick in my life.

Wouldn't fix my order said to call corporate and wouldn't give me the number and the manager walked off and and another employee told me his manager said just to look it up. Came in with my receipt and pictures of the pizza and said nothing could be done. Horrible customer service in this experience

Request classic pepperoni was charged for EMB pepperoni. When I was asked what the difference is they said there is no difference. Only found out later that it costs more. Wrongly charged more money. Either incompetent or liars/fraudsters.pizza was just ok.

I recently visited Little Caesars, and the experience was fantastic! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. The service was top-notch, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She made sure our order was perfect and made the visit even more enjoyable. Great job to the team for making our meal memorable! We’ll definitely be back.
