I did an online order today and ordered $70 and one of my pizzas had hair in it so I called and they replaced the pizza but when the guy brought it to me the new pizza he was very unprofessional cussing saying it sucks because the person who made the first one it was their fault but he had to waste his gas to bring me the other pizza. Very unprofessional

Went to use my birthday coupon was super excited about a pizza buffet with the amazing ranch, to be told they don’t offer it for dinner and only on Saturday and they wouldn’t be able to extend my coupon… Well Happy Birthday to me Mazzio you guys suck and really really rude my night!!!!!!!!

Terrible service and take incredibly way too long on any order it seems like. Most of the time the employees are sitting around one of the customer tables as you walk in the door not even working. Would not recommend eating or ordering here.

Salad bar is always wrecked Servers standung around, empty containers on salad bar. Tables dirty. Seats and floors dirty. Had to wait 20 minutes for a drink i paid $3 for that was all ice and never refilled 3rd time in 3 wks. Used to be my go to place --but not anymore. NEVER AGAIN.

It was busy so that affords alot of grace. But only offering 1 refill in a hour of time in your establishment was crazy! And cost yall the 5th star. Great pizza tho and wait staff is 10/10
