Asked the server for menus when we sat down. Fifteen minutes later we had to remind her of that. Had to ask for refills three different times because we weren't being checked on. Our taco pizza was not delivered with the tortilla chips as listed on menu. They brought the chips in a small dipping sauce cup and we had to add them ourselves. It had less than half the chips a taco pizza from any place else would have so we asked for a 2nd cup and she told us she thought they were out. Came back about 5 minutes later with a second cup . The food did taste fine, especially the chicken wings. Finally had to ask for our bill because no one was coming to check on us. We were there for lunch for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Don't go here for lunch unless you're ordering the buffet. The people at the table beside us told us that they finally decided to do the buffet because their server was not taking their menu order either and they were hungry.

We are not from Sedalia but we love stopping here. We lost our Mazzios so we really miss it. The salad bar is my favorite. Don't change a thing! We had the stuffed crust pizza this time...totally blew the competitors "stuffed" away. So, so good. We always have wonderful service and it has been the same lady...I apologize, I can't remember her name, but she's so kind and accommodating. Love thos Mazzios!

I called in and ordered a ham, bacon, cheddar calzone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the Sedalia location and the drive through was blocked so I went in. The food was not ready and I was told three times that “it’s almost done.” The total time was an hour! When I got home and opened the box, the calzone was pepperoni, which was not what I ordered. The whole thing left me really disappointed.

I came in from out of town with my daughter and we decided to stop by here tonight. They did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the wings are bigger than we have back home. Our waitress was very very sweet. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

There was 1 waitress no food and no where to sit at a clean table. None available it's horrible we love mazzios but we are deciding if we will ever try again

I am very disappointed in the Sedalia Mazzio kitchen staff and manger on duty. My family of 6 was at this location for 2 hours and never received our full order on Sunday Oct. 13th. There was only other tables in the restaurant and one waitress that I saw. We ordered cheese dippers, 2 small pizzas, 1 medium pizza, 1 calzone ring and 10 wings. We got the cheese dippers pretty quickly, 20 minutes later we got the calzone, 20 minutes after that we got 1 small pizza, 30 later the waitress asked what we were waiting on. At this time she mentioned that the kitchen was making mistakes and making double orders on some things, 15 minutes after the we got the medium pizza, and 10-15 she brought the wings. At this time I told her to cancel my pizza (the other small) because we had already been there so long I did not want to wait for them to make it. When I went up to pay for the order, I did not want to make a scene so I wrote on my receipt a comment stating that I want my tip to go to my waitress only and not to be shared with the kitchen staff because they were horrible. My sister was behind me waiting to pay her receipt. The cashier made a rude comment about me and upset my sister. The cashier then raised her voice to my sister and my sister in turned raised her voice and asked to speak to a manger. The cashier threw her receipt on the floor started laughing and your meals free because we are ridiculous. My sister told her no she would pay but she wanted a manager to which the cashier laughed and doubled over and continued laughing and finally said I am the manager. My sister asked again to be able to pay for her meal to which the “manager” pointed to the pin pad and said don’t you see it there. When my sister inserted her card the “manager” clapped her hand laughed and in a childish snide tone “there you go”. If this person really is a manager she needs some more training. I am a manager in customer service and if I had read that I would have asked follow up questions not say rude things about it to the next customer. If the kitchen staff is making double orders that is not is going to affect the sales and profit of your business, because we were not the only table waiting on late food. Also your “manager” with an attitude like that is going to hurt your rests reputation. Why was she not out walking the floor and talking with guest why was she not supervising the kitchen. I was try to be discreet and alert someone that I was unhappy but I certainly did not want to make a scene. Unfortunately your “manager” had other plans. I hope you take this review and do some training at the Sedalia store.

I got a salad to go today and the young lady who took the order gave me the wrong container. It happens. But this older lady starts yelling at her for doing so, and brought me a different container and made me scrape my food into it! I said well don't yell at her for that. She tried to say she wasn't but then yelled some more. The young lady's name was Monique, I didn't catch the older lady's name. Since when is it okay to reprimand a coworker in front of customers?? Very unprofessional!!

Don't know how it is. Missed the buffet by 2 minutes so they couldn't help me. I had to take my money and hunger somewhere else. The dozen or so pizzas they had out on the buffet looked good. Oh well
