We've dined in several times now, but each time we do, the waitress has to apologize for the food being so delayed. I believe they're doing their best, but this place is severely understaffed.
It was busy so that affords alot of grace. But only offering 1 refill in a hour of time in your establishment was crazy! And cost yall the 5th star.

Food is average for pizza place. Nice salad bar and price, when it's filled. Kitchen staff is very vocal and can be heard in dining room arguing and using foul language to excess with each other.
