I was really excited to try this place because I’ve seen so much positivity about it. Unfortunately I was a little displeased. The sushi is mostly rice and my sushi was warm not cold and I did not order a fried roll. The person who took my order complained when I did not have exact change to give.

Ordered sushi. All rice and the mayonnaise sauce. $20 for rice and mayo. Half the roll was literally rice, drenched in sauce. The seaweed was dry and wedged inside of rice. Guess the fish was left in ocean. Not sure what is going on, but this was a first and last all in one.

I’ll start by saying that I never eat from truck vendors. Today I thought I would just take a leap. It looked interesting so I pulled in and got the California rolls and the hibachi scallops. I can honestly say this is some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend giving this a shot if You’re looking for a place to eat outside of your ordinary restaurant circle.
