Great service and excellent food. I highly recommend this place 10/10!! I enjoy the Hibachi Shrimp noodles and the Dragon roll, it is amazing! I looove their sushi so much!

Good guick stop on the way back home to KC. Quality, fresh, and reasonably priced food. Crab rangoon and egg rolls always good. We had the dragon roll and the Ironman this time. They were large and made fresh while you wait. We will definitely be back. Thank You

A food truck already has a stigma attached to it. Mizumi Sedalia certainly stigmatized me. I ordered Hibachi meals: a shrimp and a steak. Takeaway,naturally. I live near Columbia. Dinnertime and We opened our meal sets. Imagine a huge pile of gravel built up by the quarry higher than a 2-story house. This is close to the amount of rice inside the Styrofoam container. The meats were inadequate, both in amount and flavor. The 3 veggies ( onion, carrots, zucchini) looked like they were added as an afterthought with no attention to balancing the amounts of any veg.
Overall, this IS a food truck. Do not expect quality-only to fill your stomach with carbs.

It’s the most beautiful deep fried roll I’ve ever seen… I absolutely loved every bite but couldn’t enjoy it fully due to how fast I scarfed it down into my tummy. I feel the itis taking over so I must sleep. Thank you everyone at Mizumi :3

First time trying Mizumi and it’s so good. We did the #15 and the #6. We also got two crab rangoons. It was so good. Definitely will be going back!
I was really excited to try this place because I’ve seen so much positivity about it. Unfortunately I was a little displeased. The sushi is mostly rice and my sushi was warm not cold and I did not order a fried roll. The person who took my order complained when I did not have exact change to give.
