I was really excited to try this place because I’ve seen so much positivity about it. Unfortunately I was a little displeased. The sushi is mostly rice and my sushi was warm not cold and I did not order a fried roll. The person who took my order complained when I did not have exact change to give.

I’ll start by saying that I never eat from truck vendors. Today I thought I would just take a leap. It looked interesting so I pulled in and got the California rolls and the hibachi scallops. I can honestly say this is some of the best food I’ve had in a long time.
I highly recommend giving this a shot if You’re looking for a place to eat outside of your ordinary restaurant circle.

I had the spring roles which were pretty tasty but very greasy and lacking filling inside. I also had the steak nice and juicy but the vegetables were 85% onion and i didnt get any egg with my rice.
