We've been to Perkins several times and this was the worst service ever had had to ask four-five times for silverware. Were never offered drink refills. The waiter kept asking the elderly couple diagonal from us better service then she gave our party. The manager was just as bad kept asking if wanted to leave a tip when went to pay.

We don't eat out very often, but when we do it is usually at Perkins. It is our favorite place, especially for burgers. We were told today the burger, fries and pie are coming back this week. Yay. Their skillets and breakfast items are favorites also.

I had such a great experience a couple visits ago, that I decided to start going here again. Well the last two times I have went the server has been terrible. Only thing she did was take out drink and food order. Never once checked in on us, never brought us our ticket to leave, asked for a to go box had to spend 10 minutes waiting, so we went back up ask for it again and spent another 5 waiting at the counter. Today went in, same server same type of service. the mangers guy seemed to help every table but us, instead he would just stare. What a disappointment.. Talia and the girl manager thank you for your amazing service, but unfortunately I will not be back here

Stood at the door for 11 minutes with one party of 3 ahead of us and no greeting. All employees including who looked to be the manager on duty continued with their duties walking right by all the people waiting with zero acknowledgment. By the time someone started seating customers, there were 11 people waiting in small lobby. No apology or explanation for the delay. 27 minutes after arrival someone took our breakfast order for 3 meals. Three meals arrived 28 minutes later. Server was extremely busy- waited several minutes and halfway through our meal to ask for a pepper shaker to replace our empty one- and by then all drinks needed refills. She was very sweet but spread too thin to provide good service. Manager meandered around the store wiping tables and then ignoring customers in the lobby who’d like to be seated at them. ?? Horrible, absurdly slow experience.
