First time trying scooters figured I would give it a try. Prices are a little bit cheaper then Starbucks but I ordered iced chai with cinnamon brown sugar syrup with extra pumps I couldn't taste the flavor of any cinnamon or brown sugar. I will not be going back even if they offered a free drink. Starbucks is always on point with flavor and mixing it right. The person that made my drink didn't even know what went in it. My drink tasted not at all as expected I would have preferred any other place besides this one.

The younglings were fast , accurate and friendly. the peanut butter cup is one of the best coffees I have ever had. If you like blended coffee and peanut butter 10/10 would recommend. (Not the peanut butter crunch)
Food was good, atmosphere was phenomenal. Service, unfortunately, was lackluster. My friend ordered a maple waffle sandwich and it was omitted from the order. My other friend ordered tomato and feta egg bites and they were also cast astray. She was given the bacon and gouda egg bites which are not the same as the ones that were ordered.Scooter's, your food and drink are quality, but the staff need retrained.

My favorite item on the Scooter’s menu is their Caramelicious Blender. I’ve been ordering it for a while and know what it looks like. So when they handed me my $6.20 glorified milkshake - with mocha sauce on it - I knew it was actually supposed to be caramel sauce. They even admitted to me that they had added the wrong sauce. The lady asked me if “that was ok?”. And I said no - because I just paid her almost $7 not to make a mistake. She rolled her eyes and walked off. Seconds later she came back (obviously with the coffee not remade) with the caramel sauce on top. But the mocha drizzle was still lingering. And I never received an apology. Just know that by coming here you run the risk of dealing with someone in a MOOD.
