Decided to grab sonic.. it has been awhile..I was just sooo disappointed!! Yes it was 9 pm..the food was gross ..got home with two cold burgers.. made wrong..I guess they can't hear right..cook figured he get the order out right away way with the worst I've ever had of a burger..cold..meat was dry and old...they need not be open at this time..they serve an all cold old food.. fries we're like fry sticks from a can.complete nasty experience.. well dogs ate good I guess..

I arrived at 1130 after leaving the fair. I found an empty stall, pushed the red button, and twice i heard the static come thru of it being answered but nobody spoke to me. 2 carhops came out multiple times and saw me but I couldn't get them to come talk to me. At 1213 my daughter got the attention of the female car hop. She told me they had been closed for 15 minutes and I told her I'd been sitting in my stall since 1130. She said she was going to get her manager, went inside, and then they shut all the lights off. The employees stared at me thru the window but no manager ever came out. I understand they were busy, but to completely ignore me and then shut off the lights instead of coming outside is unacceptable. The least they could have done was give us a couple coupons for our next visit.

I’ve called the store to try to report my complaint so i guess i will just put it on here… that “Lexx” girl on east broadway is always asking my wife for “prescriptions” well my wife is sober now and now we can’t even go to the sonic closest to us!!!

Stop here every year on our way to the lake for treats. They’re always quick and accurate.
This place is ran by rude and obnoxious individuals. Horrible food, horrible service and even worse management. Avoid this location at all cost....

We waited five minutes before someone came to the window. Then when we got up to pick up our order, we waited another 15 minutes for someone to come out and give us our order. There were others in front of us that just left. We decided to just leave because nobody came out and told us that they’ll be right there or they were slow or anything so we will never go back.
