Sat at the window for nearly 10 minutes waiting for 2 items that should have been a 2 minute, 3 minutes tops, order. This was during lunch hours on 10/4/25.
Just not acceptable…
Terrible service! Pulled into a stall because the drive thru was busy. Sat there for 15 minutes for a drink and ice cream. Watched 10 cars go thru the drive thru.
Had a delivery person rudely stop and say they were short staffed.
All vehicles were served or left. It wasn’t even very busy.
I’m not one to complain but seriously!!
