Today 8/2/2025, a friend and I went to the drive thru at our local Starbucks, I treated my friend to her favorite drink I paid with my debit card, the guy at the window asked for a tip I asked my friend to hit no tip, we only ordered drinks no food. Got a surprise in the size of coffee we received because we ordered venti tall. My was small that I was handed. However, vetting home I didn't have my debit card. When I went back to starbucks drive through they told me they had no one leave a card, knowing that it was the last place I used the card I politely asked them to check around their counter before leaving their drive thru. I didn't want to leave without getting some help to finding my card. They told me it wasn't there that hey have a policy not to handle ppls cards. I took it that they didn't care. They suggested i cancel my card on a weekend day. Wow

When the drive thru barista lectures customers about coming through Drive thru too quick after pre-ordering on the app and there was Noooo cars in the Drive thru...a LECTURE, maybe proper customer service training should happen.

One of, if not the worst Starbucks experience ever....they were out of everything, cold coffee, hot coffee, food...everything. It was sad...it took almost 20 minutes just to get cake pops and some coffees.

We were passing through with a camper and trailer (could not use the drive through) so we walked inside to get some coffee. Once we were at the register, we were told they were NOT taking orders today EXCEPT in drive-through or app walk-in’s. This happened on a Sunday at noon and there were no other customers inside. The drive-through had about 8-10 vehicles and there were 3 employees. After arguing with the barista that our phones were in the camper, they FINALLY took our order but was very cold and dismissive (not like Starbucks barista’s usual are). Do better Starbucks!

My friend needed water bad, he was dehydrated and they refused to sell me cold ice water. Told me i would need to buy a cake pop or something. Keep your water yall prob won’t last much longer anyways coffee is the worst in town
