Ordered over 30 minutes ago, no signs of my drink being ready anytime soon. The order ahead on app wasn't an option here. Perhaps a heads up that there will be a bit of a wait would be helpful, should have bailed and headed back home to Kansas City but would never have dreamed of a coffee taking 40 minutes.
the food is good but the service is okay because they sometimes take away things you like.

Funny how a coffee joint becomes your favorite stop on your way to the lake. But, here we are and with fast consistent service it's easy to look forward to it!

Awful customer service. Thought I ordered an iced espresso with syrups and cold foam. Came out in a grande hot cup. I politely stated it should’ve been iced venti and asked if there was cold foam. She took the lid off and said “see??” Told me should could toss ice in that cup or pour it over ice it’ll taste the same. Came out in a grande cup again. Local over this any day.
The parking lot is designed so poorly that if you go in to get something you have to wait in the drive thru ANYWAY because there is no out.
Store was very busy, the staff handled it very well.

I ordered a drink. I wasn’t sure if there was nuts in it and the barista said she was gonna get her manager to find out, the manger came to the window and rudely said it’s distracting and if I actually had a nut allergy I should check the app. They also stated that it was distracting to ask that question. 1/10 service allergies are very serious and it shouldn’t be seen as distracting to ask a simple question and be met with a rude response.

Grabbed a coffee from here today, and to my surprise I bit down onto a piece of glass that had come out of it. I immediately went into the store asking to speak to a manager, the other woman at the counter took my drink to go “show her” and before the manager came and spoke to me, she had dumped my drink out and thrown it away. Mind you, I had let her know the glass was on top of the lid. The manager then proceeded to try and gaslight me, saying that they don’t have any glass back there and I must’ve “bit into a hard piece of ice” and that she “looked at my drink” but I clearly placed the glass on the lid that was then thrown away. Called corporate and they asked for a picture, so now I see why the drink was discarded so quickly. (Don’t take drinks back any other time to discard of because it’s unsanitary). Would not recommend unless you want to spend the afternoon in the ER to make sure you didn’t swallow any more and have internal bleeding. On top of all that, I wasn’t offered a refund until I mentioned calling corporate in the first place.

The lobby was closed and the drive thru was having a hard time keeping up. The worse part about the whole thing is that it was a Sunday morning before church.

Today 8/2/2025, a friend and I went to the drive thru at our local Starbucks, I treated my friend to her favorite drink I paid with my debit card, the guy at the window asked for a tip I asked my friend to hit no tip, we only ordered drinks no food. Got a surprise in the size of coffee we received because we ordered venti tall. My was small that I was handed. However, vetting home I didn't have my debit card. When I went back to starbucks drive through they told me they had no one leave a card, knowing that it was the last place I used the card I politely asked them to check around their counter before leaving their drive thru. I didn't want to leave without getting some help to finding my card. They told me it wasn't there that hey have a policy not to handle ppls cards. I took it that they didn't care. They suggested i cancel my card on a weekend day. Wow
