Our party arrived on a night of the local college graduation. The cashier told us they were having trouble in the kitchen and we're behind by about 20 orders. Several parties quickly dispersed. Some of our party had already received their food, so the rest of us stuck around until we could place our orders. Shortly thereafter the same cashier started taking orders. When the food eventually came out they gave us another party's order. One of our party had lifted the top bun on his sandwich and noticed it wasn't what he ordered, which is when we realized it was the wrong order. When the food was taken up to the counter we informed the employee that one specific meal had already been touched by one of our party. The employee grabbed the basket and took the meals to the (I'm assuming the correct) party.

This place seems like it is going down. Each order I've placed in the last year has had something wrong with it. No longer a milkshake stop for us as theirs are always as thin as milk.

I made a simple request (no cheese on the burger) and it was prepared incorrectly. I was then given the incorrect size of milkshake and when I asked to correct it, the employee Lauren had a very rude attitude and argued with me. She did eventually correct it which I appreciate. The lady (who I presume was the on duty manager, the only one in a black shirt on Sunday evening) came over and very rudely said “what’s the problem?” I explained the situation, and instead of acknowledging that they had rang it up incorrectly, she continued to argue with me and made a snide comment as she walked off.
