The people in Subway that are working behind the counter or slow don't listen to the customer over stuff the sandwiches and then when they wrap up your sandwich falls out all over you no point in going to this place just a bunch of young dumb kids working in there that don't know what they're doing

Horrible customer service on 08/16/24.
Waited a long time with a total of three cars at the business. After placing order at drive-thru, no one came back to tell me to pull forward. I finally asked, if I could pull forward. I was told I could. I stated to the young man at the window, "I would hate to see what you all would do during a rush hour." He informed it was rush hour. I asked why three employees could not handle a few customers. He never answered. Paid for my food. The guy never thanked me for my business. This is the same guy, who in the past, has NEVER thanked me for my business. I commented to him, "you never thank me for my business." He then shut the window and walked away, without answering me.
I then called the Subway store. Phone rang several times, when someone picked up the phone, then hung it up on me. I called a second time. Someone answered and I asked for a manager. I told her how rude the guy was to me. She then proceeded to tell me about all the online orders they had and they were busy. I asked her, if that prevented the guy from saying thank you to a customer. I then asked for the store owner's name. She gave it to me and hung up on me. I called back and asked how to contact the store owner. She said she had no way of contacting him. I told her I found that difficult to believe. She hung up on me a second time.

I ordered two sandwiches on-line. Both of my sandwiches were ordered with double meat. I paid $5 extra for each sandwich. My husband went and picked them up. My sandwich had three slices of ham, definitely not double meat. I didn't feel like driving back to have them re-made. I would have been happy with a percentage off my next order. It wasn't my fault someone made the mistake. ?Be sure you check your order out before leaving their restaurant because its not their fault if they make a mistake, its your loss.

Made an online order allowing over 30 minutes for preparation. When I arrived, I was told they did not have any online orders. He finally found my order in their system and acted like he didn't have time to make them. When they didn't close for another 2 hours. Order 2 different sandwiches, and neither one was correct. Some ingredients from both sandwiches were combined to make 2 sandwiches that were the exact same... I will not be ordering from this location again...

Why post hour of being open and closed when they dont even use them. Went there at 7:40 pm on a Wednesday, locked up. And this isnt the first time either.This store just got redid. Guess they don't care. They need to close this location down. Half the time the vegetables look old and moldy.

My food was just OK. There was more bread than meat or toppings, but drenched in sauce. The people working here seem young and unprofessional. Their communication skills are off as I ordered ahead of time, yet when I went to pick up my order, I had to repeat my order to them a second time. They’d get more sandwiches made if they simply listened to orders the first time.

Awful service. Our food was messed up, literally not a one of our sandwiches is correct, and it tasted terrible. Don't recommend and won't go back.

This is a good Subway. I have eaten at this location many times and the food and service have always been good. You can dine in with plenty of seating or get take-out. There is parking and the restaurant is very clean. Great Subway!

I gave 2 stars because it wasn't the most horrible experience, but when I walked in, there was only 1 person, and he was not behind the counter to greet anyone. I guess because there was no one else there. Anyway, another person came up front and asked me what she could make for me. That was the first thing anyone said to me, very cold atmosphere. The food was not great either. Come on, it's a sandwich, how hard can it be? Anyway, the bread was hard and chewy, what looked like tomato was really strange looking, I decided not to have that put on my sandwich. I blame this on the manager, it is obvious that management was not present at the time, and if such a person was, they should be replaced. Too many restaurants have gone out in Sedalia, and my intention is not to shut this place down. On the contrary, please fix this, before another shuts down.
